Terrible experience. Asked for a table. Was brought to a bar with no seats despite there being tables with seats available (the tables were not reserved). Was then told that there were seats available but'there wasn't much space'. Clear nonesense. Take your business elsewhere.

Excellente expérience! La terrasse est magnifique, l'ambiance est super agréable & le service était impeccable. Un énorme merci à Jeymi, qui a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Souriante, attentionnée & très professionnelle, elle a vraiment rendu notre visite encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter & j'y retournerai avec plaisir!

Great view & the food is good. However, it's unfortunate that the service is extremely slow. With faster service, this place would be much more enjoyable.

If I could give the security staff 0 stars, I absolutely would.
The way they treat people is unacceptable. They were yelling at guests, physically pushing people back, & speaking to everyone with no respect whatsoever.
They also refuse to make reservations unless you're a group of 8 or more, so everyone else has to wait around 2 hours in line.
Yes, the place has a beautiful view, but that does not justify treating customers this way. A great location doesn't excuse terrible service & disrespectful behavior.

if i could give 0 stars i would. me & my friends waited for almost 2hours at the door just for the bouncer/hostess to tell us that they have an « internal policy » of only accepting 21+ on the terrasse. My entire group is 19 so we waited 1 hr for no reason. The staff was extremely rude & unprofessional. They said we weren't the cliental that they were looking for…We were dressed better than the hostess

Same as the vast majority of reviews.
Huge line. They only let the people they want through & give them tables.
Sometimes someone shows up who doesn't even have a table, but they cut in front of everyone else.

They say you can't make reservations, but the person at the bar next door said they do take reservations, just for the'circle,' people who work in the building, etc.

Never go to this place unless you're one of the people the host calls a'regular.' Those customers are allowed to cut the line over & over again while everyone else just has to stand there & watch.

They claim it's walk-in only, but in reality, they decide who gets priority to enter. The rest of us are left waiting in a separate line like second-class customers.

Apparently, this has been going on for a long time just read the reviews. Unfortunately, I only read them after I was already stuck in line, experiencing the same embarrassing situation myself.

Never again.

Terrasse Rose Orange est un excellent endroit pour prendre un verre avec une belle vue sur la ville. Pas d'attente lors de notre visite! Les cocktails & l'ambiance sont super. Peu d'options pour manger, alors mieux vaut souper avant d'y aller.

Un wow sur toutes la ligne! Vue, plat,service, quantité ❤?. On va y retourner assurément !
