I recently dined at Rosa Bella in St-Bruno & unfortunately left feeling disappointed.
The atmosphere is cozy, with roughly 15 tables, which gives it an intimate feel. However, the décor feels quite outdated & gives off a slightly stale impression rather than warm & inviting.
Service was another letdown. Our server lacked professionalism &, throughout the evening, appeared to be drinking behind the bar. It created an uncomfortable tone & did not feel aligned with the level of service one would expect from a restaurant experience. Additionally, bread was handled with bare hands after the same server had been handling money & payment machines, which raised hygiene concerns.
The restaurant advertises everything as handmade, but the food did not reflect that claim. The pasta & sauces tasted processed, with a noticeable canned flavor, & lacked freshness. The dishes felt tired rather than house-made.
Overall, while the space has potential due to its size & location, the execution in both service & food quality needs significant improvement.
Excellent restaurant , les plats sont savoureux & la quantité est largement suffisante , la carte des vins est très bien , le prix plus que correct & les serveurs très professionnels & l'écoute , je recommande a 1000% , nous partons de Pointe aux trembles pour nous y rendre & nous n'avons jamais été déçu 😉

Petit resto tres chaleureux avec une belle ambiance. Super bon service & surtout les repas étaient super bon. Tres belle découverte, un resto a découvrir, on va y retourner c'est sur.
Simplement les meilleures pâtes que j'ai mangé de ma vie & j'en ai essayé plusieurs. Nous avons toujours passé d'excellentes soirées à cet endroit. C'est pratiquement une garantie de soirée réussie. Le prix n'est pas astronomique compte tenu de la haute qualité de la nourriture. Ambiance calme & feutrée. Le service est très courtois & personnalisé. Un bel endroit à découvrir si vous ne connaissez pas encore.
Supper was perfect. Food was amazing. Our waiter was incredible. Has everything it takes to be a perfect waiter. Efficient, witty, sense of humor. Place has charm. I have no explanations why it took so long to visit this wonderful restaurant. Well done!!!
