"Service was slow and communication was poor from start to finish. We weren't told mains wouldn't come until after the appetizer, so we sat waiting. The server recommended an extra dish, made it sound like a bonus, then charged us for it. The food was decent, but the surprise charge and overall experience were disappointing."
