Rockaberry offers customers a wide array of home-made pies made with only the finest ingredients. Relaxing in an enchanting decor, customers are offered over 30 different pies to choose from including strawberry, cherry, strawberry and peach, double chocolate and pineapple to name only a few.
Rockaberry reviews show a mix of crowd-pleasing desserts and concerns about value, with many fans praising pies, cheesecakes, and seasonal flavors like cherry crumble, while noting that slices have grown smaller and prices higher, making some treats feel expensive for a single portion. The cakes and pastries are described as tasty and well made, and the vibe is described as cozy with friendly staff, though some diners report mixed experiences with service, including a rude cashier or receiving the wrong slice when ordering online. Several comments call it a top dessert spot in Montreal and recommend taking a full cake with advance reservations due to limited slices. Some readers mention take-out portions being smaller than what's on the counter and advise trying different menu items. Overall, Rockaberry is seen as a beloved destination for dessert lovers, with highs in flavor and atmosphere and lows in consistency and price.
I've been coming here regularly for years, I like to try the different cakes available, all of them are delicious! The staff is amazing & super friendly. I would never stop recommending this place.
I love the concept of an all cake shop but all of the cakes are all cream cheese & 0 layers... Its like eating a ton of whipping cream with no layers... No spongy texture... I wish we got some more variety in the cakes... More crust.. More layers... more sponge.. You guys used to have an caramel apple pie but removed it i really liked that one. It had layers & different textures so it was good. Hopefully in the future? Quality is good but wish there was more variety in cakes...
I ordered off ubereats a couple of nights ago. The cheescake & strawberry short cake are the best anywhere. My mother in law loves shortcake & only Rockaberry passes the test!.
Amazing cakes, but the slices went way down in size & the price went much higher. I love Rockaberry, but with the decrease in size of the cake slices, I don't know how often I will be coming back.

Pros: cake was good, staff was nice, good place to study
Cons: I spent about 45 minutes in the washroom because the cake did a speed run through my gastrointestinal system, so I didn't do much studying.
8/10, would study here again, kinda my fault for choosing that loaded of a cake.
My friend ordered the cherry crumb cheesecake & delivered it to me & its literally SO DELICIOUS...everything pairs so well! The graham is so much, the cheese is cheesing & the cherry is hitting. Orginally, I was gonna go for the strawbeerry shortcake & then the blueberry crumble but then last minute went with the cherry & WHO woulda THOUGHT. I must say i thought the cake would be higher, but the taste & the generosity of the cumble makes up for it. So yes, i recommend, but i should say that i think the cherry flavor is seasonal?, anyway its winter time, if ever u cant find it on the menu.
I wanted a slice of pie to take home & was shocked at the price. The portions used to be bigger & now they are smaller. For one slice it was about 13$ with tax & was quite ordinary.. the tuxedo cake at Costco is 19.99$ before tax & can get many slices out of it. I would not go back to get one slice as it was too expensive.
Really not a fan of cheesecake but I liked the quality of strawberry cheesecake here. They also have normal chocolate cake options. The tarts look really tasty. The staff was helpful while ordering.

Very delicious & very affordable cheese cakes with a twist of Nutella or Oreo all they're cakes are super delicious & very enjoyable for the whole family .. I've noticed that it's better to reserve in advance for a full cake because the can run out or get sliced thru by the end of the day I got lucky tho stumbled upon they're last Nutella cake
I got the blueberry cheese cake crumble pie & it was a precursor to a life long addiction. Texture, flavours, aromas & balance we're all there in the right proportion, it may be the best pie in Montreal. The service was fast & friendly. If it wasn't for the price I would have a health crisis in a short amount of time. Looking forward to trying all the items on the menu. Cheers 🍰
All is great except the staff. This weekend morning, I was served by an employee that was visibly a Pro Palestinian wearing the Palestinian flag. Not a welcoming symbol, anti democratic & anti minorities. Not a pleasant atmosphere to have cake & tea.
