Nice & tasty pies, but our server did not smile AT ALL, in fact it looked like she was about to cry or had already cried. Quite unpleasant, but at least the food was good. Nice interior decor as well.

I visited this lovely café with my friends Nima & Layla, & we had such a great time! The atmosphere was cozy, relaxed, & perfect for catching up. There's plenty of seating, & the vibe makes you want to stay & enjoy your desserts without feeling rushed 😊.
We ordered a few different cheesecakes to try:
🥧 Boston Cream Cheesecake (with an Americano) - This one was mine, & honestly… WOW. 10/10 ⭐
It was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, & incredibly smooth. The texture was creamy & light, & the flavor was just amazing. Definitely the best one we tried - I would go back just for this!
🌰🍫 Hazelnut Chocolate Cheesecake - 8/10
This one was rich & delicious with a great chocolate flavor. It was slightly sweeter than I personally prefer, but still very enjoyable.
🍪 Oreo Cheesecake (with an iced latte) - 7/10
It had a nice cookies-&-cream flavor & was well made, but it was quite sweet. I couldn't finish a full slice - just a small piece was enough for me.
☕ Americano Review - 5/10
The aroma was actually good, but the aftertaste was disappointing - maybe a 2/10 for the finish. With desserts this sweet, I would recommend using a stronger bean like Robusta or a bold Ethiopian roast to balance the flavors better. I've definitely had better Americanos elsewhere.
Overall, the cheesecakes were the real stars of the night ⭐🍰. If you go, the Boston Cream Cheesecake is a must-try! Absolutely the highlight of our visit.
A great dessert café for a sweet evening with friends 💛
Another great thing? The entire dessert menu is vegetarian 🌱. They also offer dinner options & cocktails 🍸, making it more than just a dessert café.
To top it all off - clean washrooms 🚻, great parking 🚗, friendly staff, & a relaxed atmosphere. Everything about this place makes you want to come back again.
Highly recommend for anyone who loves amazing desserts in a cozy, welcoming environment! 🍰💕

I love this place. They have the best pies & chocolates. So fresh & tasty. The only small suggestion I would make is to have an option for a smaller portion size so that people can eat a smaller size & it would also cost less. I always have to pck my order & force to eat the next day. Other than that I dont have any complaints. Very yummy food as well as desserts & great staff.
This was the first time I had coffee & cake at Rockaberry. I would revisit Canada only for having a piece of cake at this place again. Delicious! & very nice service.

On a commandé hier soir 2 gâteaux en général tout est correct ... Mais hier le'key lime pie' avait un goût bizarre ... la première chose que je fait c'est d'enlever le petit citron de décoration..Quand j'ai fini le gâteau j'ai remarqué que le citron de décoration était pourri ... donc c'était ce petit goût désagréable... Je me suis posé la question de combien de jours avait le gâteau dans le frigo? Je me suis même réveillé la nuit parce j'avais mal au ventre ... D'ailleurs je vais profiter de ce message pour vous dire que :
1) C'est dommage que vos conteneurs actuelles ne soient plus écologiques
2) Vous dire que la taille de vos morceaux laissé parfois bcp à désirer... Je ne sais pas si je vais en acheter à nouveau :'(
Service is good, coffee is good, pie is medium I tried the one with apple & cream, I expected more fruits & less sugar, there was a lot of cream & not enough fruits... A little bit disappointed May be i should try a classic one... Don't sit next to the window in the winter it's cold

THE YUMMIEST DESSERT SPOT!! Obsessed with all of their pies! The birthday cake pie is my favorite but you really cannot go wrong with any pie that you pick.
The pies are quite worth for the price point & can be quite monstrous. Really lovely place too with a bit warmer decor making it a nice area to sit & relax.
Staff is pretty kinda & friendly too!

Rockaberry in Griffintown is amazing! Their pies are tall, rich, & full of flavour. Perfect for birthdays or any special treat. I always grab a slice (or sometimes a whole pie, its worth it if you want to splurge) for me & my friend's birthdays, & it never disappoints. The apple crumble cheesecake pie is one of my favourites! It's stacked up high, with lots of sweet apple & cheesecake filling. I also love the key lime pie, super tart & very strong lime flavour. It can be a little pricey, but totally worth it for how big & delicious the slices are. Definitely will be back soon! 🥧🍰🥧
Reading the reviews Im starting to understand that this place is known more for its cakes & pies & maybe it was on us for going here to try there food instead.
But regardless tried the Philly cheesesteak sandwich & Caesar salad. Nothing special for the food had a very homemade vibe to it. Also service was not bad but not great either. Would not go again.
Rockaberry pies continues to be one of my favorite places in all of Montreal -we get it for every birthday -highly recommend the key lime pie & the staff is so welcoming !!!
Decent place for coffee & pie. We have had pleasant experience every time we come here. Though the price for a piece of pie has gone up quite a lot the past 3 years (it's now 10$ or more for a piece of pie plus tax & tips? Come on!), nonetheless it's a decent place for coffee in the area of Griffintown
