This is a very strange place, throwback to the eighties. Has a bar in there with older, semi drunken people. Gambling machines are the draw. Not expensive but a rundown atmosphere. Good for a few drinks & then the movies across the street. Their BBQ ribs are very good, I would recommend but light on the sauce as they can get messy otherwise.View more

We went here for my mother's 70th birthday, & it was absolutely a joke.
The "waitress" was dressed like she was going out to the club with some tight, revealing pants, & couldn't even be bothered to smile. She literally had like zero personality & didn't even acknowledge us or say hello.
Then we get our food & she never even came back to see if anything was okay. My father had to get up & grav some water off a nearby table & refill our glasses, because she obviously didn't care to. Then we were left sitting with our dirty plates for 10+ minutes before the "manager" came to "take over our service", since we were extremely disappointed.
That's where things took a turn for the worse, since he spilled water all over my step mother's phone, & then again all over her when he knocked her glass over. He was a nervous wreck & dropping everything & I'm surprised he didn't drop the cake we bought from them for her birthday, because we were pretty sure he would.
Then he just keeps saying he "understands" that we're disappointed in the service, & he agrees that the service sucks, but doesn't bother to offer any solution, & happily charges me full price for the meal after ruining a major birthday for my elderly mother.
This was extremely disappointing, & I definitely shouldn't have been charged full price for that kind of service.
We'll definitely know where not to go for upcoming events. I do not recommend this place at all.

L’étoile attribué est pour la serveuse qui y est que depuis 3 semaines & elle était désolée pour nous mais ne pouvait rien
Ce n’est pas ma première visite à cet endroit mais là ce fut ma dernière
Il nous fallu plus de 15 min avant qu’on vienne prendre notre commande
& des clients arrivés après nous furent servis avant nous !
Il y a un manque de personnel s’est flagrant à cet endroit
La direction doit revoir son administration car si on veut faire de l’argent
Il faut y investir un minimum
La brochette de poulet que j’ai commandé, la portion réduite, pas de sauce ni
de vinaigrette sur la salade ( par le passé la portion était plus généreuse, faut croire
que là aussi on coupe !)
Alors si vous avez faim, évitez l’endroit & marcher quelques pas de plus pour un
meilleur endroit !
