Best brunch experience Quality food beautifully presented & tastey! So glad the neighborhood has a new brunch spot! Also great bar & dinner menu. Worth it !

Great restaurant for dinner & brunch in the neighbourhood. Stunning decor, great food & many dishes to offer. Will be coming back here often as it's just down the street from me! :)
The food was amazing, but the service was subpar. It took our waiter almost 30 minutes just to ask us which drinks we wanted & another 20 minutes to receive them. He never bothered to ask us if we were ready to order (& we've chosen our plates within 10-15 minutes from sitting down) , we had to ask him if we could order our plates & he seemed annoyed by our request as if it hasn't been almost an hour we've been waiting. Lol Other than that, the food was great & everyone else gave us a good friendly service.
We had a bad experience on a Tuesday evening. Service was under par, we were neglected the entire evening. Food was ok. The cocktail of the day was 25$+tax lol
It was my first time at the restaurant last night & it was absolutely phenomenal! I went for a birthday & we had the group menu! Every bite was heavenly. Each plate tasted Devine & if I had to choose a place for my last meal, it would be at Donato's. lol Amazing team & service & the chefs nailed every dish! It was worth every penny & the exceeded our expectations. Keep up the great work! Oh & the Tiramisu was so amazing, fresh & light.

Have been wanting to go here forever & it finally happened!! Had such a high hopes & I was not disappointed! Our waiter was Darwiche & he was just ok. The food was excellent though! We got calamari & oysters as appetizers then we both got pasta for our main course. We finished off the night with amazing tiramisu! Music was not too loud. It was such a nice, lively atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
We had a very enjoyable dinner here. We always have a difficult time finding good food in Montreal so we ventured to a new area & with the help of our hotel concierge.....Donato was wonderful!!! Can't wait to return.
[BRUNCH REVIEW] Came here on a Sunday, around noon, for brunch/lunch & loved it ! We were 4 people & we shared everything in order to try a lot of dishes. Our favourite was definitely the creamy scrambled eggs with shrimps. It was good with the focaccia bread. My 2nd favourite is probably the caesar salad with breaded fried chicken cutlets (normally I don't like caesar but the sauce they make isn't very pungent, it was enjoyable to eat). Pain perdu & meatballs were ok, you can skip those dishes if you visit for brunch. The service was excellent, they checked if everything was good often, they changed plates between the salty & sweet dishes. Nicely decorated & very warm atmosphere. The bill was around 50$+tx per person (acceptable with the amount that we ate). I would not hesitate to come here for brunch or to try their supper menu (apparently it's quite popular with the locals).

Attention!!! Best calamari i've ever had.... I do not say that lightly by an means. The pastas were amazing. the cocktails were amazing. Service was amazing. I had no idea i would find such a banger here but to our surprise Donato is on point!
Very nice Italian restaurant. Good servers on Saturday night. The pasta & appetizer are delicious. Nice location, easy to find close parking in the streets. I recommend !
Loved this place. Portions are too small to my taste but overall very positive experience. Flavours are amazing & service was great. On the pricier side but deserves it
I like this restaurant but I can't give it a 5-star due to the squirrel portions for the price. Great flavors, service was above average & the place itself is beautifully decorated.
