"We went there to have the châteaubriant, what a disappointment. They would usually prepare this dish at the table. They negleted all that. When I asked the waiter about my expectation, he said they were too busy for that and to complain to the manager. He was rude and didn't care. As for the dish itself, it was missing taste .
