"I went there on Feb 15th with my girlfriend for a valentine's dinner and we were both unhappy with our experience. I've been to Rib N Reef once before and it was good, but this time around our waitress was rude, the 28$ caesar salad was NOT good (they didn't charge me for it since we didn't eat it). Now for the best part we waited close to 2 hours..."
