The food was excellent & the atmosphere was truly amazing: warm, stylish, & inviting. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The space has a great vibe, with well-chosen music, lighting, & decor that really enhance the dining experience.
That said, I feel it's important to raise a serious concern: the restaurant is calculating tip on the amount after tax, which is not only against Quebec regulations but also misleading to customers. When I brought it up, they claimed to be working on correcting it, but considering the rule has been in effect since May & they opened after that, it's hard not to see this as a deliberate decision to overcharge customers.
This kind of practice undermines the trust customers place in a restaurant. While we genuinely enjoyed the food & atmosphere, I hope management takes responsibility & fixes this immediately. Legal compliance & transparency are just as essential as good food & service.View more

Cons:
Extremely slow service but this seems to be a kitchen issue with poor execution. Our dessert never showed up. When we called our server over to inquire about it after waiting 40 minutes, we were told they'didn't know when it would come as they're very busy'. They did offer us complimentary cookies but wait time for a dessert & the'we don't know when it'll arrive' is not appropriate for a restaurant like this. I do appreciate the server who was apologetic. They did end up crediting us for the dessert & packaging it to go as we were on our way out.
Price: way too expensive for what it is. Wayyyy too expensive, my god. We paid $300 for 2 salads, lobster tail appetizer, artichokes, 2 ices lattes, & a glass of wine. I don't mind spending money on culinary experiences but this does not warrant the price. Also, portions are quite small.
Overall, I think I'd go back but only when I have 5 hours to kill & $400 to waste.View more

I had lunch with a friend & the service was terrible, very slow & inattentive. We had one course - salads, & it took 1 1/2 hours to complete our meal. The salads were good, & I hope the service will improve as the restaurant is beautiful, & the menu has a lot of interesting options.View more

J'ai vraiment adoré ce resto. Le service était attentionné, le personnel souriant & le cadre est magnifique.
J'ai déjà essayé les RH de New York & Chicago, & honnêtement, celui de Montréal n'a rien à leur envier. Il se classe très bien, autant pour la qualité de la nourriture que pour l'expérience globale.

Location is nice. They definitely have good offerings. The blinis with caviar were great. The lobster roll & crab roll, although delicious, are singular rolls & are propped up to look fuller visually than they actually are if you push the meat into the bun properly which I guess could be disappointing for some if you're used to lobster rolls(plural) elsewhere at a cheaper price. The burger was good though & is probably the best bang for your buck dish on the menu. I would just avoid bringing budget conscious people here. Still had a great time though.View more

I must say, for a new upscale restaurant, the service was truly impeccable. Our server, Blake, led the team with excellence & went above & beyond to ensure all of my friends & colleagues were accommodated-even arranging access through the closed RH furniture store.
The setup was unique, the food was flavourful & cooked to perfection, & the atmosphere was elegant. While our bill for a party of six came close to $1,000, it was well worth it.

L'endroit est magnifique. Je dirais le plus beau restaurant à montreal. Idéal pour aller luncher. Par contre, j'ai été décu du service. Personne est venu nous voir pendant 15 minutes je fesais meme signe au serveur & ils venaient pas plus. Donc j'ai du aller parler à la fille à la reception pour lui dire que nous avons toujours pas été servis. La nourriture est correct, pas la meilleure mais ça passe. Il fesait egalement super froid. Même à la table a coté je pouvais voir les filles essayer de se rechauffer avec leur bras. On finit par payer cash. Nous avons du attendre plus de 15 minutes pour ravoir notre change. (Les serveurs n'ont pas de change sur eux, donc il donne l'argent au responsable pour ensuite devoir attendre que le responsable leur ramene l'argent) c'etait beaucoup trop long & on avait vraiment trop froid. Donc on a laissé faire le change & on est parti. Notre serveur etait super gentil.View more
