We came to watch the Colombia vs DR Congo World Cup match & have a good time with some drinks. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start.

We waited about 25 minutes at the bar just to place our drink order. After dealing with that slow service, my friend chose not to leave a tip. Tipping is optional, & regardless of the reason, customers should never be pressured into it.

When we paid, the bartender made a rude comment saying that if we didn't tip next time, they wouldn't serve us. He then joked about the situation with his coworkers right in front of us. That was incredibly unprofessional & honestly made us feel unwelcome.

To make matters worse, the fries were so salty that we could barely eat them.

We came to enjoy the game, not to be treated like a problem because someone chose not to tip. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Bon, mais le service est lent. Les produits sur le menu ne sont pas toujours disponibles même s'ils ne sont pas barrés. Même si tu commandes en premier, tu reçois en dernier. Si on n'est pas pressé, c'est correct.

Très bon bar pour les étudiants. Lieu agréable, bonne musique, les serveurs & le personnel sont très accueillants ! Il y a un large choix de plats & de boissons à déguster. Il y a même régulièrement des soirées (jeux, karaokés...)

Bar étudiant de l'ÉTS vraiment sympa ! Je n'y ai pas mangé mais le menu est alléchant! Si j'étais la Brunante (lieu équivalent à l'UdeM) je serais jaloux & je n'hésiterais pas à plagier !
