About

Resto Capucine provides a focused culinary experience centered on traditional Italian recipes and artisanal pizza craft. The kitchen utilizes a selection of high quality flour, fresh tomato sauces, and imported cheeses to construct authentic pies featuring thin, blistered crusts. Beyond the signature pizzas, the menu highlights classic pasta dishes prepared with al dente precision and balanced seasoning profiles. The interior space maintains a straightforward functional layout designed to accommodate varied group sizes efficiently. Every dish adheres to consistent preparation standards that prioritize bold Mediterranean flavors and structural integrity. This establishment functions as a reliable destination for diners seeking standard Italian fare executed with technical accuracy. All menu items emphasize simple, high impact ingredients that showcase the fundamental techniques inherent to regional Italian culinary traditions throughout the entire seasonal rotation.

We had the pleasure of hosting my son's baptism here & we are so glad we did! Nadia & the team went out of their way to accommodate our small group. From the food to the service, they exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious, beautifully presented & plentiful. The drinks were outstandingly tasty! & the venue was perfect & intimate -our guests were truly impressed with it all. What also stood out was how warm & playful the staff were with the kids which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or even just a night out!

We ate at Capucine on a Thursday night & took advantage of their 50% off on Pizza. The pizzas were great. Would I spend full price on the pizza here, no - there aren’t enough choices.

Their Mortadella & Margherita were our favorite. The other pizzas we tried were okay (sausage was average & Capriciosa was too heavy on the mushrooms).

Both times I’ve come, the wine I asked for by the glass was not in stock. I took a glass of one of their other Chardonnay’s they only sell by the bottle & for $15 Gianni barely filled it. When I compare what a 15$ glass of wine looks like in other restaurants, it was a turnoff.

The polenta fries were tasty but disappointing (they were not fries).
The arancini were tasty but bite-sized & even though you get 8, price isn’t justified.

Definitely a must try on a Thursday
