Food quality very bad this is my first time here really customer Service also zero & they didn't even give us any water so I had to go & ask them really don't recommend i just left the place after eat appetizers because i really didn't like it because nobody came after to take order so not recommended

Amazing food & even better service! The aloo & mix paranthas were great, but Sakshi stole the show with her excellent customer service. She dealt with us so wonderfully & made our dining experience perfect. Thank you, Sakshi!

We had a wonderful dine-in experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing, especially the aloo & mix paranthas which were perfectly made & super tasty. The customer service is top-notch. A special shoutout to Sakshi, who served us with a great attitude & looked after us so well. Will definitely visit again!

I had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious & authentic, & the quiet, relaxing atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. One of the waitresses was especially sweet, welcoming, & always smiling, which made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

- The staff is not properly trained. Asking if a dish is vegan, the response is no. Asking if the same dish contains dairy, the answer is yes. Beware especially with allergies.
- The chana masala contained paneer! Even though explicitly listed as vegan on the menu.
- The dishes tasted very bland or monotone, I include here the tadka dahl, chana masala & baingan bharta. I tasted salt, then some chilli, & that's it.
- Also the textures were off. The tadka dahl & the chana masala were way too liquid & soupy, the dahl barely seemed to have lentils in it.
- Having a mixed group table with shared dishes where some people don't eat meat means alternating some of the dishes you bring out so that everyone can eat. Not that there are 3 rounds of meat dishes making it awkward for everyone.

Mmmmm! Belle découverte, nous reviendrons! Nous avons pris le tikki masala de poisson, le dahl de lentilles jaunes & le poulet au beurre. Les saveurs étaient délicieuses! Le poisson était fondant à souhait. Petit bémol, les 2 premiers plats étaient piquants à mon avis mais je ne tolère pas bien le piquant. Malgré cela, j'ai apprécié car c'était très savoureux. Coup de coeur pour le dessert'les petites boules sucrées.' Nous avons adoré l'endroit, le service & surtout les saveurs. Un beau voyage! :)

Had an amazing experience at Virsa! The food was absolutely delicious & of the best quality. Everything was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully prepared. The service was also excellent-friendly, welcoming, & attentive.
