Excellent authentic Indian restaurant in Montreal! Really nice north Indian food! We had dahi puri which was mildly sweet. Kadhai Paneer & Malai Kofta was really good. You can ask them to make it Indian spicy if you want, & they will happily cater to it. Definitely get for the onion kulcha, it's very tasty. Buttery on the outside & soft on the inside with flaky layers. We also had masala salty lassi which was so good our toddler son finished an entire glass. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant on your trip to Montreal.
I would say the restaurant isn't as clean. The bathrooms are a bit dirty & the door corners are dirty & so were the floors, but the food made up for it. The food quality itself was really good, just the interior could use a little clean up.
We had a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors, & beautifully presented. Overall, this was one of the best Indian dining experiences we've had. Great food, outstanding service, wonderful ambiance, & excellent value for money. We left with happy hearts & satisfied appetites. We will definitely be coming back & will happily recommend this restaurant to all our family & friends. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. Keep up the fantastic work!❤?
Wonderful experience at Virsa by Sakshi! The food was fresh, authentic, & full of flavor. The service was warm & attentive, & the atmosphere was welcoming. Every dish was well prepared, & the portions were generous. I highly recommend this place & will definitely be coming back!

We ordered the chilli gobi, mac & cheese, aloo paratha, kadhai paneer, dal makhani, peas pulao, & garlic naan-& every dish was absolutely delicious! We had a wonderful time enjoying the meal with our kids.

While visiting Montreal from Windsor with my family, we were looking for authentic Indian food & came across Virsa Restaurant. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up visiting three times during our stay!
The food was consistently delicious, full of authentic flavors, & reminded us of home. Every dish we tried was fresh, well-prepared, & packed with taste. The service was friendly & welcoming, making us feel comfortable every time we visited.
It's not often that you return to the same restaurant multiple times while traveling, but Virsa definitely earned our trust. If you're in Montreal & craving authentic Indian cuisine, this place is absolutely worth a visit.
