It was my first time here, & we came for dosa. The dosa was absolutely delicious, the best I've ever had. Since it was so good, we ordered more dishes, & everything we tried tasted amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I visited this spot on Wednesday & loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. We started with the Aloo Tikki Chaat & Malai Paneer; the tikki felt like it was straight from a freezer & was quite hard to cut, while the paneer lacked any seasoning or flavor. For our mains, the dosa was incredibly oily, honestly the worst I've had in a long time. There are better places for Indian food in the city, this place was a major turn off
I looked at the great reviews & decided to give the place a try. I expected a great deal but the food was truly bad. I hate wasting food but the taste was so bad I had to leave it. The server was really sweet, she kept on checking on us & even added a table for us. But the food was such a true let down that even after them offering us a 10% discount for leaving a good review we had to decline.

I've ordered from this restaurant a handful of times in the past & usually found the food good with decent portions. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered two mains, & when they arrived, the butter chicken contained only one piece of chicken & the lamb curry had just 2 small pieces of lamb. Both containers were essentially just full of sauce. This was nowhere near enough for two people & certainly not what you'd expect for full-priced portions.
I called the restaurant & spoke with the manager to request at least a partial refund. Instead of addressing the issue, she immediately insisted that the portions were correct & even claimed she could see this on the security cameras. She then blamed the delivery driver of eating our food. A delivery driver who was affiliated with the restaurant, not a third-party service. At no point did she take responsibility, apologize or attempt to resolve the situation.
She repeatedly said she would call me back, then ultimately implied that I was lying before hanging up. The lack of professionalism & customer service was shocking. The way in which she was speaking was appalling. I am extremely disappointed by how this was handled & will not be ordering from here again.

I'm from Hyderabad (South India) had zero expectations but the chef surprised me with the best Masala dosa I had till now in Canada even the condiments ( chutneys are delicious & authentic). I would definitely recommend this place.
It was simply great. They took care of our special needs with utmost sincerity & special thanks to Harjas for her incredible hospitality. Kudos, we will be back soon!
Food was really good , sneha served us today & she was very patient & friendly. We went to have South Indian food since there was a madras curry house at that place before but ended up having North Indian cuisine & did really like it my favourite was their chicken fried rice .
