The food had a very unpleasant smell & taste, & the quantity was definitely not worth the $95 price for a meal that was less than average. Unfortunately, we only ate the chicken pieces, & the bread was delicious. However, the kebabs, the meat, & the side dishes were all very disappointing & of very poor quality.

Je suis allée hier au restaurant Bayzed avec mon mari, ma fille & ma petite-fille bébé. La nourriture était bonne & les plats étaient savoureux. Cependant, le service n'était malheureusement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Nous avons commandé une boisson que nous n'avons jamais reçue. De plus, ils n'ont pas apporté d'assiette ni d'ustensiles pour ma fille, ce qui nous a obligés à les demander par la suite.

Le bébé a pleuré presque tout le temps, ce qui nous a empêchés de profiter pleinement de notre repas. Nous avons donc décidé d'emporter le reste de nos plats.

Pendant le repas, j'ai trouvé un cheveu dans le bourghol. Malheureusement, j'étais très occupée à m'occuper du bébé & je n'ai pas pu le signaler ou faire une réclamation sur le moment.

Par ailleurs, le thé qui est normalement offert à la fin du repas ne nous a jamais été servi.

C'est dommage, car la nourriture était bonne, mais les nombreux manquements au niveau du service ont rendu notre expérience décevante. Entre la boisson oubliée, l'absence d'assiette & d'ustensiles pour ma fille, le cheveu trouvé dans le bourghol & le thé jamais servi, nous sommes repartis avec un sentiment mitigé. J'espère que ces commentaires seront pris en considération afin d'améliorer l'expérience des futurs clients.
