Une carte exceptionnelle aux saveurs méditerranéennes que nous ne sommes pas prêtes d'oublier! Le nouveau concept du restaurant pensé par le nouveau chef Rafael Combet invite particulièrement au partage & au voyage (& on a envie de tout goûter!).
Tout était délicieux & le service de Yohan était parfait.
Coup de coeur pour le maquereau espagnol & les pâtes aux vongole, un pur délice!!

Fuimos a comer y la experiencia fue increíble. Toda la comida estaba buenísima, se notaba la calidad y el carino en cada plato. El trato fue excelente desde el primer momento, muy atentos y amables, el chef Rafael Combet vino a nuestra mesa para cerciorar que todo estaba bien y a nuestro gusto.
Quiero destacar especialmente el pescado, porque de verdad me recordó a cómo lo hacía mi madre en Espana: sabor casero, fresco y lleno de tradición. Hacía muchísimo tiempo que no probaba algo que me transmitiera esa sensación de estar en casa.
Sin duda, un restaurante al que volveremos y que recomiendo totalmente.
What an amazing experience we had! A group of us, 9 people, went to Tbsp as part of an event. We enjoyed a meal of grilled octopus, pasta with mussels, & a delicious red wine. As well as the tasty food & elegant presentation of the plates, the decor was also beautiful. Then, right after our meal, we met the new chef, Raphael. He passed by our table & told us a bit about the restaurant & the food he had served us.

Le sous chef Rafael Combet a été gentil, il est venu nous saluer à la table. Ses plats sont délicieux, son nouveau menu est génial, l'attention du serveur Rodrigo très attentionné & service impeccable, il nous a fait des bonnes suggestions. C'était une belle soirée.
Wonderful dining! Amazing Services from Rodrigo & La Tavolla menu was great. Ceviche very flavourful, sprouts, beef tartare, simply amazing. Chef Ralp, right on target! Congrats for the new menu.
Food was delicious & the service was even better. Jamie was our waiter & went above & beyond to make our night out without the kids great. He had a wonderful sense of humor & even had the chef whip up something to appease my pregnancy cravings. Will definitely be back next time we're in Montreal!

Their gratitude for working on Christmas night was genuine, sharing how they had celebrated the night before & saw this evening's service as an extension of that joy. Chef Arthur's food was absolutely exceptional. He even came to our table twice to chat & share the inspiration behind his dishes, which added a personal & heartfelt touch to the experience. The tasting menu was worth every penny-each dish was a soulful masterpiece. If you're visiting Montreal, Tbsp is a must-stop. The food nourishes not just your appetite but your soul because you can taste the chef's passion in every bite.
