Truly amazing dinner at TBSP. I had opted for the Festa option which was a 5 course meal to share. Every dish was unique sophisticated & packed flavors. My favorite dishes were the deer tartare & the mackerel which was shockingly good. The fish had none of the omega 3 flavor too it & was simply melting in your mouth, the preparation made this humble fish feel truly luxurious. I took 2 cocktails which had been suggested by the waiter & they were both perfect. They were cocktails which you can tell have been developed by a true Mixologist. I will most definitely comme back for dinner &/or drinks when i have the chance. Thank you for the great night!!!View more
