About

Restaurant Steve-Anna offers an authentic exploration of Creole cuisine, highlighting traditional Haitian flavors through robust, spice-forward cooking methods. The menu features signature dishes like griot, marinated fried pork that achieves a perfect balance of crispy texture and succulent flavor, accompanied by traditional pikliz for a sharp, acidic contrast. Savory legume stews and tender goat preparations demonstrate a commitment to deep, slow-cooked seasoning profiles essential to this regional culinary heritage. Each dish is served with hearty portions of rice and beans, reflecting the classic components of authentic island fare. The environment centers on the delivery of these bold, aromatic staples without unnecessary complexity. Consistent preparation ensures that every plate maintains the integrity of traditional Caribbean recipes, focusing purely on the depth of flavor inherent in these well-defined, historically rooted cooking techniques.

Restaurant Steve-Anna receives significant praise for its authentic Haitian cuisine, with frequent mentions of the high quality and generous portions of signature dishes like griot, chicken wings, and meat patties. Many patrons appreciate the clean environment and the culturally representative decor that contributes to a warm atmosphere. While the majority of feedback highlights a consistent and enjoyable dining experience, some visitors have reported inconsistencies regarding food temperature and preparation, while others have expressed dissatisfaction with the level of customer service and staff professionalism. Le meilleur en ville 👌

I used to order via Skip or Uber, but recently, I went directly at the restaurant, & the lady who served me was very nice. I ordered fish with rice & bean, & she made me laugh when she chose the biggest fish of the pieces available & said to me: " I am giving you a fish just like you." 😂 I laughed out loud not only because I am really round in shape like the fish but also because I realize that my Haitian people remain true to themselves & make you feel at home wherever they are.❤️❤️❤️ Unfortunately, I did not ask her for her name.
