Amazing food, amazing service. Definitely my go to place for a nice night with the wife. Only one slight adjustment if possible, way too much smoke from the shisha, maybe turning on the ventilation or designating a space for the shisha smokers.

Great vibe, service, vegetarian options & wine selection! Will definitely be going back. The other big bonus is they close very late (around midnight during the week & later on weekends!).
We had our Christmas party at Rosana & everything was perfect!!! We were a large group of people & in past experiences with other restaurants the food wasn't always top notch for big groups. But not at Rosana. The food was incredible, each dish was beautifully presented & delicious. Their cocktails are also so amazing!!! The staff is so friendly & professional; they make you feel so welcome. The ambiance is amazing, the music selection is so good & you can even smoke shisha. & if it's your birthday, you're in for a special treat of music serenade by the staff as we got to discover that night. It's hard to please a large group of people with different culinary tastes, but let me tell you that to this day, my colleagues are still talking about how delicious the food was, from the appetizers, the main course to the delicious desserts. Do yourself a favour & go to Rosana, I promise you, you will love it just as much as we all did. It truly is a gem!!!!
Beware of their advertised prices & deals! Customer service is very bad. We booked for Christmas lunch on 25 December 2023, as per the ad they posted on social media & our phone call with them & our advance guarantee payment, prices were as follows: 95$ per adult / 40$ per child of 7years+ / below 7years for free. Biggest part of the amount was paid almost a week in advance fully for booking guarantee (5 adults & 4 children - 2 of them below 7years). The day of the event, the moment we entered the restaurant they asked us to pay the rest of the amount (for 2 adults & 2 children below 7years) - we were not fully seated yet! They asked us to pay a total $95 for the two kids who were 3 & 6 years, considering them as 1 adult, because we had 6 kids in total (which they did not like & expressed it cause it is less revenue for them)! When I tried to complain & explain to one of the staff members, while he was trying to help, an aged man (I assume the owner or manager) interrupted in a very impolite & disrespectful manner. I just left & would not return again. They did not bother to follow up or make it up though they are very well aware which reservation this was & the details occurred. The waiters were very polite & nice, yet they were not briefed on what is included or excluded in the menu/package. Every time they had to go check for an answer & come back to us. Music is loud. Food was ok. The owner or general manager is very impolite & disrespectful. If I am to be asked, there are so many other Mediterranean restaurants that are way much better!
C'était ma première fois dans un restaurant/shisha-lounge & j'ai adoré. Mon ami & moi avons partagé une shisha & avons pris la table d'hôte. WoW la quantité de nourriture que nous avons eu. Nous ne pouvions plus voir la table ahaha. J'ai adoré la nourriture. Le restaurant était rempli a pleine capacité & il était difficile d'y circuler, mais le service était impeccable, autant pour la nourriture que pour les charbons
Nous avons reservé la journée même pour 21h30. En arrivant on nous assigne notre table directement. Dès qu'on s'assoie on vient nous proposer la sisha, qui d'ailleurs est excellente, possibilité ice, & les charbons naturels changés régulièrement. Les repas commandés & sont arrivés rapidement. Portion généreuses & délicieuses Je demande le reste pour apportez. Il y a eu une erreur & un autre employé a jeté mon reste, mais le serveur revient rapidement s'excuser & me propose de refaire le plat. Il me le rapporte rapidement, bien emballé dans un sac. Bref, service impeccable, nourriture excellente & sisha délicieuse. Première expérience & ce ne sera pas la dernière !! Je ne connais pas le nom du serveur, mais il porte des lunettes dorées rondes. 5 étoiles pour lui. *prix noté dans l'avis pour 2 personnes. À bientôt!

Got the chicken & beef sandwiches & they were delicious. I made a special request for my side & they accommodated generously. Delivery packaging is pretty as well. Nicest I've seen in a long time.
Overall great experience at Rosanna. The service could slightly improve but the food & the ambiance is unmatchable. The quality of the food is also top tier.
We had our dinner party at this pretty busy restaurant located in the heart of Saint Laurent. We're a group of 20 & we were properly accommodated. Most of us liked all the dishes we've ordered. Fattoush salad, Calamari, & Mangoloco smoothie were superb! Special mention to AYHAM who was very attentive to our needs & gave us a stellar service!
It's one of my favourite restaurants in Montreal. My friends & I drive from Ottawa to eat & come back, it's that good. You can tell that they worked really hard on the decor, the chandeliers & the emerald velvet chairs, love it. The service is amazing, there are so many floor staff. I highly recommend you order the fatoush & batata hara.
