BYOB is allowed, a nice touch. Reservations are recommended, since seating can fill up, though a table was found after about ten minutes without one. The food arrives quickly and fresh, with portions ranging from modest to generous. The host and servers are courteous and professional. This stands as a pleasant discovery for those seeking comforting Thai dishes. The restaurant is considered among the best in Saint-Hyacinthe. The tasting menu is worthwhile. The Bangkok soup, the Thai chicken, the Praya noodles, the Praya chicken, and the famous Banh oi are highlights. Overall, good Asian food in Saint-Hyacinthe.

Praya, c'est le genre d'adresse discrète qu'on découvre presque par hasard… & qu'on est content d'avoir essayée. Rien de tape-à-l'oeil, mais une cuisine sincère & bien exécutée. La soupe est réconfortante, bien équilibrée, & le plat cambodgien au boeuf a du caractère : saveurs franches, épices maîtrisées, ça goûte le fait maison.

L'ambiance est calme, presque trop tranquille par moment - ce qui, honnêtement, est un avantage à l'heure du lunch. Pas de vacarme, pas de pression pour libérer la table. Parfait pour discuter, réfléchir, prendre son temps. Le service est simple & efficace, sans chichi.

Côté portefeuille, prix abordables, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. On sort rassasié, satisfait, sans se sentir floué.
