Great restaurant & careful attention given to the customer experience by their wonderful staff, food presentation & overall glorious tastes. Our server, Frederic (sp?), was awesome & very attentive. We showed up on a busy Saturday evening sans reservation & they still went out of their way to find us a table for 4. When I come back to Magog, "I'll be back!" for sure!
For many years my wife & I have enjoyed dinner here BUT with the recent departure of our exclusive waiter Julien, it is no more! Hopefully we will come across him elsewhere but in the meantime we'll visit other establishments. Thank you for all the wonderful memories. Farewell, Robert Houle

Excellent restaurant Français. Notre serveur était exceptionnel. La joue de veau, le parmentier de canard & la soupe du jour étaient particulièrement délicieuses. C'est un peu cher, mais on en a vraiment pour son argent. Ce n'est pas souvent le cas pour des restaurants de ce type, selon moi. 5/5.
Nourriture très savoureuse , très bon vin ainsi qu'un très bon service pour couronné le tout. Merci à notre serveuse Pascale Dubé pour cet excellent service. Nous reviendrons sans faute 🙂

Bon look problème au niveau de la cuisine ou du gérant mercredi 1 mai 2024 pour souper 4 personnes demande un changement pour accompagnement de 1 repas pour changer les frites pour pomme de terre pillée ayoye impossible fait venir le gérant impossible finalement une assiette commandée avait des pommes de terre pillées change pour des frites donne lés pillées a l'autre personne parfait mention a la serveuse que nous avons des coupons de 10% car nous dormons a magog elle dit je les prends a la fin bref facture arrive 511.00 avant pourboire je paie 2 minutes plus tard je pense au coupon je vais la voir elle va voir sont gérant reviens en me disant impossible la transaction est faite wow merci au gérant je ne retournerai pas dans ton resto en agissant de la sorte je te souhaite de fermer tes portes en plus une fois parti il c'est empressé de canceller ma réservation sur open table pour ne pas que je donne un avis sur ce site
Excellente nourriture française, nous avons expérimenté quelques plats & tous était très bon & de bonnes portions généreuse! Le parmentier de canard est à tomber par terre! Nous y retournerons assurément pour goûter à d'autres plats.
Bon restaurant avec une belle ambiance & excellent service. Très belle portion. Malheureusement mon filet mignon était sec & plus cuit que demandé & le tataki thon était bon mais sans plus. Un peu cher pour le rapport goût/exécution/ prix. Mais belle soirée quand même.
Food is very good & service was great until I complained about paying tip on taxes. I was told that it's the handheld paying machine that does that. This tax tipping ruined the dining experience for me. I'm not going back.
My father & I visited Magog for a day, & decided to go to Pinocchio for a meal. We ended up ordering of the Table d'haute & I regret nothing. Our server Julien was great. Knowledgeable, amicable & measured. He never came off to much or to little & he was a joy to chat with tableside. The food was also great. Especially the Lemon Tart. People have good days & bad days & as such I do my best to account for all the factors when I review a place. In this case though there is nothing bad to say. I left having had the dining experience that many restaurants in Ottawa have yet to provide despite their higher price-points. Merci Julien! Le service était superbe. Je te demanderai lors de ma prochaine visite.
