C'était notre deuxième fois à ce resto. Le service est A1! Nous avons passé une super soirée avec Marco au bar.
J'ai pris l'entrée de Burrata qui était à se jeter par terre, j'en aurais liché l'assiette! Comme plat principal, j'ai pris le tartare de saumon qui est un des meilleurs que j'ai mangé.
Mon conjoint a pris l'entrée d'huitres. Délicieuse! Il a aussi pris le steak vieilli. La sauce était super bonne, mais la viande était raide. On aurait pensé qu'elle aurait été plus tendre. Un peu déçu de ce côté là, mais rien pour nous enlever le goût d'y retourner!

2 visites cette année & incroyable à chaque fois. Service impécable & des plats qui changent selon la saison & la disponibilité des produits. Explosion de saveurs à chaque bouchées. Portions plus que parfaites & entrée/dessert qu'on peut se partager sans souçi.

GROS faible pour le tartare au saumon style Kamikaze avec les petites chips à la wonton..& que dire de la mayo!

Une très grande carte de vin (je n'ai pas essayé les cocktails).

Pas beaucoup de table, ce qui rend l'ambiance très chaleureuse & le service très rapide! Je recommande!!!!

Je parle en JE mais les 7 sont du même avis.
- L'ambiance est très bien & non bruyante.
- Bon décor & très propre.
- Très bon service de notre hôtesse.
- Pour la nourriture, les choix sont variés & les 5 que nous avons dégusté étaient excellent.
- Pour la facture, ce n'est jamais trop dispendieux, lorsque c'est excellent & service hors pair.
- Ce sera un de mes TOP 3.
- Merci, bravo, & garder cette façon avec votre clientèle.
