I had a wonderful experience at Pali with Mr.Abdul (Chef). The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, & full of flavor. Every dish was prepared with great attention to quality & taste, making the meal truly enjoyable. The service was equally impressive-the staff were friendly, welcoming, attentive, & made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, & the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Abdul Chef to anyone looking for great food & excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back!
I had an amazing dining experience at Palki! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly & attentive service. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, & had a warm atmosphere that made it a great place to enjoy a meal with family & friends.
The food was outstanding. The lamb chops were the highlight of the meal-perfectly grilled, incredibly tender, juicy, & packed with delicious spices. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, & full of authentic flavor. It was one of the best butter chickens I've ever had. The samosas were fresh, crispy on the outside, & filled with a perfectly seasoned filling. The garlic naan came out hot from the oven, soft, fluffy, & topped with just the right amount of garlic & butter. Everything tasted fresh & was cooked to perfection.
The portions were generous, & every dish was beautifully presented. You can tell that the chefs take pride in preparing authentic Indian food with high-quality ingredients. The prices are reasonable for the quality & portion sizes, making it excellent value for money.
If you're looking for authentic Indian cuisine with fantastic flavors, excellent service, & a welcoming atmosphere, Palki is definitely the place to visit. Fantastic food , great ambience . Was talking to the chef, a master of his trade . Loved his chef special chicken with garlic Naan . Must visit if you are here in the Montreal area .
Abdul is one of the most amazing chefs that I have come across. I ordered the vindaloo, & the taste were amazing & the level of spice made me check myself. It made me experience the flavors while still delivering the heat that I would expect. This was one best dining experiences in a long time. Highly recommend & you won't disappointed. I give give one hundred stars on scale of five.
Tried Tarka Dahl, Malai Kofta & Paneer saag-everything was delicious! We practically licked the plates clean. FYI: Everything comes non spicy unless you ask the chef to make it spicier. Great for vegetarians.
The service was absolutely excellent-friendly, attentive, & welcoming throughout our visit. The food was extra delicious, full of flavour & clearly made with care. What really stood out was that the chef personally came out to check on us & even offered us a bottle of beer to try, along with an extra mint sauce. The mint sauce was incredibly delicious & paired perfectly with the food. Overall, a fantastic experience with great food, outstanding service, & thoughtful personal touches. Highly recommend!
Restaurant Palki hosted a perfect night out for us! The food was excellent, the service too, ambience was on point.
We had the poulet tandoori & the'butter chicken' as our entrees. I started with the Mulligatawny (lentil) soup, which was so delicious I'm convinced it must be a family recipe.
The butter chicken was right up my wife's alley - flavorful without a lot of heat. I haven't had tandoori in a long time & was craving it - chef did not disappoint with fall-off-the-bone tender & moist chicken steeped in bold tandoori flavor. The lime wedge was a perfect touch, it brightened everything right up.
The atmosphere inside is tasteful & very inviting - obviously the ownership wants you to enjoy your whole meal experience, not just the food on your plate.
Palki is the kind of place that reminds me what dining out should be like in restaurants of any cuisine & I hope we see more restaurants return to, in the future.
Highly recommended, please try it for yourself! If I was local I'd be a regular but since I was visiting I'm very glad I can say Restaurant Palki was part of our Montreal Experience.
