I had the general Tao chicken with rice yesterday in the afternoon & it was delicious. The girl with grey shorts was especially nice & I wish to meet more waitresses like her! 🥰

The one on the street de montagne is advertised with outside seatings on online but when we came it clearly wasn't, so I asked the cashier If there is a terrace cuz some places have it inside. The girl tells me no & starts telling me about how the restaurants close by have it. Then we started ordering & she asked of it's to go, I said no for here & she made a face. Clearly she did not want to work. Her mood was not understandable since there was only 2 clients that already got their food. Then I asked for a chicken poke bowl, I pointed at the chicken (the one below was beef). Then when my food comes I see it's beef & I also got charged for beef. I didn't just point but I also said chicken. When I went back to the girl, she wasn't disrespectful yet her face showed her annoyance. However she made the change & came back with chicken. I don't know how long it takes to make the chicken since it's thinly slice but the food came back fast so suspect they didn't redo it & just replaced the beef with chicken. I personally didn't care but for those who have allergies, cross contamination MIGHT happen. Then I went to the girls bathroom & the floor is so sticky & while at it, there was a woman sleeping on the chair near the bathroom. Lastly, the service is more fast food since you have to order at cash. There are cups near the cash but we were not offered water or just other restaurant things. They only bring the food to you when you're seated. The food is good but I will not come back due to the bad service because it ruined the vibe.

The food was absolutely delicious & everything is halal! The tempura shrimp spring roll & the general tao chicken were my personal favourite. The owner was so kind & the service here is impeccable, will definitely come back to try everything else on the menu!!

Food & service were amazing! It shows they care about their customers & food. The spring rolls are so unique & absolutely delicious! My favorite is the salmon one. The crispy chicken is also super tasty, its sauce is perfectly well balanced between sweet & sour.

My father & I were walking along De La Montagne & stumbled on this place. The manager came out to hand us a paper menu since we weren't sure if we wanted to go inside, super considerate & nice. Veronica who was the cashier is also super nice, she brought the food directly to us as we sat inside. We ordered: - Tomyum soup - my father LOVED it & recommends it to everyone - General Tao - my father also loved it & recommends - Chicken Ozen bowl - the spring rolls were amazing & the noodles were perfectly steamed, super fresh Overall highly recommend this place, would come back

Had a great time with friends at Ozen. Every dish was flavorful, especially the Vung Tau roll & the grilled chicken udon! We were welcomed with very friendly service & portions were generous. Thank you Tommy for the wonderful experience!

That was the coolest fusion meal I have had in a while. I had the Chicken Udon & it was so delicious & unique. The service was top notch with a warm welcome & good recommendations. I had French & English conversation with ease. They have an open kitchen concept & the cooks seemed organized & fun to watch.
