J'y vais régulièrement pour la soupe tonkinoise que je trouve toujours très bonne & pour un prix correct !
Le service est toujours agréable & souriant.
C'est vrai que les autres plats que j'ai pu commander (comme le sauté brocolis/champignons) m'ont moins convaincu que la soupe, notamment sur le rapport qualité/quantité/prix, mais ça reste quand même bon.
First id like to say im very disappointed, i had the'meal soup' rare beef & chicken & both of them were watered down so much I could barely taste anything. Secondly as vietnamese muslim myself, im very disappointed by how the pho is made, no fish sauce was used, no basil leaves, no bean sprouts included for a 16$ bowl...like other vietnamese restaurants do that but here they don't. Service was really long considering I was the only customer at that moment 15 mins for 2 bowls is kinda lengthy. The only redeeming part is the ice was good
Whoever is reading this & wants a REALLY GOOD vietnamese food thats also Halal I would invite you to Cantine Quan An their food is much better then here.
To the owner of this place there's a lot of place for improvement. I wouldn't come back here

Ozen est un restaurant familial très cosy & agréable. On peut y discuter sans problème & les plats sont servis très rapidement même pendant un rush. Les serveuses sont également très très serviable & il y a même des bonbons vietnamiens gratuit en libre service à la caisse.
En entrée, nous avons choisis une petite soupe au boeuf & des crevettes tempuras. C'était délicieux. La soupe était très goûteuse.
J'ai pris un poulet général tao qui était vraiment bon : la sauce était délicieuse & le poulet croustillant. Mon mari a pris un bowl au poulet & a également adoré. Les portions sont généreuses.
Absolutely a must try spot in Montreal! Beef rolls & the wonton soup really hit the spot. One of the best restaurants we went to in the city. The Vietnamese coffee was phenomenal & the staff was very friendly & taught us how to drink it. Highly recommended!
J'aime bien le service & l'ambiance. Par contre, pour être honnête, je n'ai pas trop aimé la bouffe. J'ai commandé un général tao. Je trouve qu'il y a trop de panure & pas assez de poulet. La soupe wonton n'est pas ouf. Il manque quelques épices dans la soupe. Le rouleau de printemps était correct, mais pas top

This is where Ozen truly shines. The Vietnamese dishes are consistently tasty, filling, & well presented. Every item on the menu that I have tried has been delicious, offering authentic & satisfying flavors. Given the quality & portion sizes, the prices are more than reasonable, especially for the Griffintown area where dining costs can be high. It is excellent value for the money. So far I've had there Ozen bowls, red curry, general tao chicken, salmon spring roll & won ton soup (best I've ever had!)

Don't understand how this place can have a 4.8 rating.
Place has the vibes of a fast food, I guess since meals are cheap/decently priced that aligns.
Service was fast & staff was nice.
Now for the food, we had:
Tom Yum soup, broth was off. This isn't a real tom yum. Felt watery.
Won ton soup, the broth was good, like mentioned in other reviews the won tons were fried which is very odd.
Udon noodles, the peanut sauce was a risky choice & it's usually hit or miss & sadly this time it was a miss, it tasted somewhat bitter. The chicken that came with it was good.
Poke bowl, it was decent, probably the best thing we ordered.
We also ordered the viet coffee, it was good!
All meals looked aesthetically pleasing.
Overall not terrible & fine if you want some cheap food. Though if you usually eat thai or vietnamese you most likely won't like this place. Maybe the other dishes are better.

Par une journée pas trop froide, j'ai décidé d'y aller avec lui découvrir.
Après une longue marche à partir du métro Guy-Concordia nous sommes arrivés, nous étions les seuls clients à l'intérieur.
Le décor est très bien, le comptoir & la cuisine bien en vue. C'est très éclairé j'aime ça.
Nous avons pris la soupe repas au boeuf.
Je suis étonnée que le bol soit chauffé en tout cas c'est une première pour moi.
Le bouillon très goûteux très bon point.
Parcontre les nouilles sont un peu molles & très courtes !!?!?!
Le boeuf utilisé c'est comme pour la fondue.
J'aurais aimé avoir comme des briskets servie dans les autres restaurants Pho.
L'expérience est ok , je reviendrai peut-être une autre fois pour essayer d'autres plats.
I really liked this place. The restaurant is very aesthetic. I truly recommend the wonton soup & the wonton appetizers. My favourite course meal was the « sushi »rolls. Plus it's halal, & they got vegetarian options.
