The love affair between Normandin and Quebecers is as passionate as ever. The success was instantaneous in 1969 when the first Normandin opened in Quebec City's Neufchâtel district. After several expansions, the ever-increasing demand led to the opening of new restaurants, so much so that in 1990, the greater Quebec City area had no less than 19 establishments, all offering dining room, private room, counter and delivery services.
Today, the Normandin network has more than 40 restaurants throughout Quebec and extends from Mont-Joli to Montreal. Still growing, the chain employs more than 2,700 people who are committed to offering the warm and friendly service that is the Normandin way.

I hadn't been here in more than 20 years, but decided to give it a shot recently. This restaurant used to have a very boring menu back in the day & had not impressed me, boy has it changed. They have so many menu options, a super varied menu, breakfast any time of the day, & they also have a special menu with seasonal menu specials. I visited three times recently, ordered something different each time & have been blown away. High quality food at decent prices. I honestly cannot remember the last time I was this impressed with a restaurant.View more

The food was very good, great presentation. Looked just like the pictures, if not better. Aside from the pizza crust being a little thin, we really enjoyed our food. The restaurant was very clean, & the staff was very friendly & attentive.View more

Ne prenez pas la poutine au homard car il n'y a presque Pas de homard dedans. 2 mini morceaux & à la place, il y a des crevettes & des carottes (ils pensent qu'on va les prendre pour du homard?) Pour vrai, la qualité de la nourriture à tellement augmenté que j'ai pas peur de dire que c'est rendu dans mes restaurants de choix. Frites maison, filet de poulet qui ne semble pas être des filets congelés. Un gros bravo comme changement de direction. De plus la pizza est clairement une des meilleures de Sherbrooke avec une vrai cuisson au four.View more
