A varied menu, courteous service and an exceptional quality/price ratio are the main ingredients of Normandin's success.

The love affair between Normandin and Quebecers is as passionate as ever. The success was instantaneous in 1969 when the first Normandin opened in Quebec City's Neufchâtel district. After several expansions, the ever-increasing demand led to the opening of new restaurants, so much so that in 1990, the greater Quebec City area had no less than 19 establishments, all offering dining room, private room, counter and delivery services.

Today, the Normandin network has more than 40 restaurants throughout Quebec and extends from Mont-Joli to Montreal. Still growing, the chain employs more than 2,700 people who are committed to offering the warm and friendly service that is the Normandin way.

Pas mangeable ! Recu mon entrée juste avant mon assiette principale, pendant que les autres personnes avec moi avait déjà terminé la leur. Poulet reçu froid & sec, sauce pas chaude. Seule chose que j'ai mangé ce sont les frites. En plus de ne pas avoir mangé, payé le plein prix. Je ne recommande pas du tout & je n'y retournerai jamais, que ce soit celui de Granby ou bien un autre !

On a jamais notre deuxième bouteille de vin, elle a persu notre commande, donc attente pour obtenir le repas.

On a pas tous eu le repas en meme temps autant au service de l'entrée & le repas.

Le service était excellent! Bonne nourriture. Cependant, nous avons été très déçus du respect des mesures sanitaires. On était tous collés comme des sardines car ils ont décidé de fermer une section pour être à 50% de capacité, telle que recommandé par le gouvernement. Ce qui a fait que la section ouverte était remplie! Je crois que qu'ils n'ont pas compris le principe de la distanciation. Ils ne nous ont pas demandé le passeport vaccinal non plus. Mais, je répète, le service était excellent!

C était super bon,j ai manger une brochette de poulet & le poulet était très tendre & un bon service,c est certain que j y retourne & je vais le recommander,merci je viens de découvrir un nouveau restaurant
