A varied menu, courteous service and an exceptional quality/price ratio are the main ingredients of Normandin's success.

The love affair between Normandin and Quebecers is as passionate as ever. The success was instantaneous in 1969 when the first Normandin opened in Quebec City's Neufchâtel district. After several expansions, the ever-increasing demand led to the opening of new restaurants, so much so that in 1990, the greater Quebec City area had no less than 19 establishments, all offering dining room, private room, counter and delivery services.

Today, the Normandin network has more than 40 restaurants throughout Quebec and extends from Mont-Joli to Montreal. Still growing, the chain employs more than 2,700 people who are committed to offering the warm and friendly service that is the Normandin way.

C'était ma première fois au Normandin & la serveuse Sylvie était incroyable.

J'ai pris le burger végétarien & c'était délicieux! Portions généreuses & bonne ambiance.

J'y retournai lors de mon prochain passage à Granby

J'y ai toujours bien été reçu & servi. Par contre, petit bémol ce 10 janvier dernier, (2024). Mais bon... Terminé pour moi pour Normandin (Granby). 😂

Pas mangeable ! Recu mon entrée juste avant mon assiette principale, pendant que les autres personnes avec moi avait déjà terminé la leur. Poulet reçu froid & sec, sauce pas chaude. Seule chose que j'ai mangé ce sont les frites. En plus de ne pas avoir mangé, payé le plein prix. Je ne recommande pas du tout & je n'y retournerai jamais, que ce soit celui de Granby ou bien un autre !

lors de notre visite au Normandin à Granby très bon service, nourriture excellente, propreté impeccable seule ombre au tableau les mesure sanitaire ne sont pas complètement respecter comme le sel, poivre & ketchup sont laissés sur les tables ce qui est interdit par la santé public
vu la montée inquiétante du nombre de cas de covid19 chaque jours je crois que c'est de votre responsabilité de porter attention à la protection de la santé de vos clients
