Service complètement pourri.
La serveuse était très attentionnés pour les autres clients, mais moi,elle m'a souvent ignoré. Quand je suis arrivé, j'ai attendu 15 minutes avant qu'elle vienne me voir. Après réception de mon plat, elle n'est jamais revenue me demander si tout est OK.
Il y à fallut que je demande, de ravoir de l'eau, du Ketchup, l'addition.
Elle a eu un gros 1 $ de pourboire.
Dommage, car la bouffe est bonne, mais le service...

J'y allait souvent quand j'habitais Québec & je voulais y retourner pour voir si c'était toujours aussi bon que dans mes souvenirs! Très bel accueil à Granby. Service rapide & courtois. On à mangé une pizza spécial Normandin & une poutine italienne. Tout était bon. Comme il se doit pour un restaurant familial de ce type. Point négatif: La sangria tropicale goûte plus le jus d'ananas que le vin. Très propre & bonne gestion.
