1h avant que l'on vienne nous demander notre commande, pour attendre 2h avant de recevoir nos plats. Nous sommes arrivés à 11:30 & avons été servi à 14:30. La nourriture était bonne, certes, mais elle a traîné au réchaud assez longtemps pour que les textures soient décevantes. De plus, les 4 serveuses qui nous ont servi les plats ne se sont aucunement excusé des délais notables (je rappelle que le restaurant était loin d'être pleins) & une des serveuses a même rouler les yeux aux plafonds quand nous avons demandé un verre d'eau, puisque aucun service à la table n'était offert. La serveuse principale nous a apporté les factures 30min après que l'on ait fait la demande, & plutôt que de demander comment nous procédions pour les paiements, elle a assumé que tout le monde payait individuellement... Finalement, elle nous a chargé des articles supplémentaires & les remboursements de ces erreurs fût compliqué. Je recommande le Normandin à Granby, plutôt qu'à Drummondville.

Le dimanche 19 juillet de 11h15 à 13h45...resto de Drummondville....Service tellement LENT... 60 MIN d'attente pour des oeufs! & ils sont arrivés FROID... Pas tiède... FROID...53.48$ ......
Endroit à oublier...... & au retour à la maison j'ai été malade... sueur froide, vomissements & diarrhée sévère ! Pour 3 bouchés de jambon car j'avais ete incapable de manger le reste de mon assiette Froide.... imagine... froid & pas frais !!!!!!... on nous a facturé le grand total !!!!!

Je comprends que y a des gens le dimanche matin mais plus de 30 min pour des oeufs c'est tres long .. Le repas arrive & c'est temperature piece .. Sérieusement a eviter.

We (2 adults, 2 kids) visited Drummondville last week & decided to try Normandin & we're so happy that we did. The staff was tremendous & sat us immediately. English speakers need not worry as several of the staff, including our awesome server Frederic, speak English.

The food was very good (think a MUCH nicer Denny's) & we had several dietary restrictions that were considered. Frederic made sure all of the dishes were perfect & to order & he was incredibly friendly.

I don't review restaurants but the experience we had at Normandin was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Thanks to everyone at Normandin!!!
