09-07-2026, Je décide de me payé des sushis pour ma fête & ils ne se tiennent pas. Une chance que je ne prend pas de baguette car ça serait un vrais carnage. Très déçu d'avoir payé 70 $ pour avoir eu ça !

Nous avons récemment déménagé à Drummondville en provenance de Gatineau, où notre restaurant de prédilection était le Haru Izakaya. Le Haru se situe dans une gamme de prix plus élevée, mais cela se justifiait amplement par la générosité des portions & la qualité constante du poisson. C'est cette référence que j'avais en tête en venant essayer le Nambu, en espérant y trouver enfin mon nouveau coup de coeur dans la région.
Le Nambu était lui aussi dispendieux, ce qui ne me dérange pas pour de bons sushis, mais le rapport qualité-prix n'y était tout simplement pas. La plupart des morceaux contenaient très peu de poisson, & les sashimis étaient coupés de façon plutôt mince, ce qui a nui à l'ensemble de l'expérience. Le goût était correct, rien de mauvais, mais rien non plus qui m'a impressionné. Pour ce prix, je m'attendais honnêtement à mieux.
Bref, ma recherche du restaurant de sushis parfait dans le coin se poursuit. À suivre.

Verily, my visit unto Nambu Sushi was a feast fit for royalty. The sushi, crafted with great care & artistry, did delight both eye & palate. Each morsel was fresh & flavorful, as though Neptune himself had bestowed the finest treasures of the sea upon the table. The service was gracious & attentive, & the atmosphere most pleasant & serene. Should thou seek a dining experience both elegant & satisfying, look no further. I would gladly return again & again to this excellent establishment. Five stars, without question! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Très belle expérience gustative à chaque fois. Chaque sushi est une explosion de saveur. Un peu dispendieux mais pour une sortie spéciale, cela vaut le détour.
