C'est un'no thank you' pour moi!

J'y suis allée pour la première fois à l'ouverture, en décembre. Ils avaient fait une publicité sur TikTok en disant qu'ils allaient offrir des cartes-cadeaux de 10$ aux 10 premiers clients. J'avais exceptionnellement la journée off & j'ai décidé de venir un peu avant l'ouverture pour être certaine d'avoir une carte-cadeau. Évidemment, ce qu'ils ont pas dit dans le TikTok, c'est qu'on ne pouvait pas utiliser la carte-cadeau le jour même, il fallait revenir une autre fois... Avoir su je ne me serais pas fait chier autant pour venir day 1 sur mon jour de congé.

Parlant de day 1, à quel point ils étaient pas prêts?! Il y avait une personne qui avait l'air de savoir faire les choses & c'est tout. Il y avait des employés avec elle qui la regardaient faire pour apprendre, ça c'est correct. Mais dès que la personne devait partir faire autre chose, le service bloquait complètement. Aussi, à un moment, quelqu'un a monté la musique super fort pour aucune raison, & la personne compétente avait de la misère a montrer aux autres nouveaux. C'était super malaisant.

Finalement, pour mon chum j'avais pris un petit burrito mais ils m'ont chargé un gros.

Les chips de tortillas sont ordinaires, pas mauvais, pas les meilleurs que j'ai vu. La salsa n'est pas une sauce, c'est des morceaux de tomate. Le boeuf haché est correct, sans plus.

Le service a été super long. Je suis arrivée chez moi, c'était froid, ils m'ont surchargé, & c'était super malaisant.

On a aussi le Quesada qui est près, & honnêtement le service & la nourriture sont meilleurs là-bas 🌯

Je suis retournée pour ma carte-cadeau récemment, & même ça, ça a été un peu compliqué. J'ai pris le minimum, pour dire que je profitais de mon 10$ & that's it.

Nice try, mais on a meilleur à proximité, so not good enough.
