They cancelled my order on Door Dash 45 minutes after I ordered & made my dasher wait 20 minutes before stringing him along every 5 minutes saying 5 more minutes. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is this? If you don't have the organization to do take-out, don't do it. But if you accept an order, you have an obligation to fill it. The dasher confirmed they cancelled because they'had too many customers'. You didn't know that 45 minutes ago when you confirmed my order or even when the dasher walked in? So disrespectful to the person who lost 20 minutes during a busy time for him. I hope DoorDash gives a penalty to restaurants that do that.
