"The menu may change to what is published. But nevertheless it could bring nice surprises. I had venison, tartar as appetizer and cooked as main dish. Both were incredibly tasty. The combination of flavors and textures of herbs, berries, onion and garlic were amazing. The meat was perfectly cooked and juicy."
