First of all, a big thank you to the owner for caring about the customer the way he does.It makes a visit a very friendly experience that i miss so.much in today's world.We took a cheese burger & cheese trio that came with the nost delicious fries I have tasted in a long time.The burges are exactly like the one you'll see on the menu pictures.The meat was fresh & the burger the right size for a 230lbs man.The buns are fresh the bacon is amazing & the patty was cooked to perfection.He also offered me a coffee on the house & being a fan of good coffee I was not disappointed.I will go back & try everything on the menu. If its consistent with the experience I just had, well I might have found my new favorite restaurant in the south west..Oh almost forgot.This has to be the cleanest restaurant I have been too including the bathroom.

I came to pick up an uber order & found out the order was somehow duplicated & the man was so amazing with his customer service. He remade the order for the Customer & went out of his way to make sure everyone involved was so happy, he was beyond polite & such a breath of fresh air. I 10/10 would recommend this place! Bless him!

Based on my experience, the 5 star reviews are no joke. & no I'm not a friend of whoever owns the place - before tonite I didn't even know this place existed, was just looking to pick up a good burger for a picnic along the water. Melano did not disappoint. Burger & poutine were fresh, tasty & not messy like at other places, perfect for a picnic. Highly recommended.

Excellent food! Big juicy burger, fresh crispy fries. Great staff. Real food, not pre frozen. Excellent meal for the road.
