This place is seriously underrated! The burgers are delicious, & the bread they use for their hotdogs & subs is amazing. They also have some of the best fries in Montreal, & the prices are unbelievably low. On top of that, they're offering buy one, get one free on several items through DoorDash. Definitely one of the best hidden gems in Montreal!
First of all, a big thank you to the owner for caring about the customer the way he does.It makes a visit a very friendly experience that i miss so.much in today's world.We took a cheese burger & cheese trio that came with the nost delicious fries I have tasted in a long time.The burges are exactly like the one you'll see on the menu pictures.The meat was fresh & the burger the right size for a 230lbs man.The buns are fresh the bacon is amazing & the patty was cooked to perfection.He also offered me a coffee on the house & being a fan of good coffee I was not disappointed.I will go back & try everything on the menu. If its consistent with the experience I just had, well I might have found my new favorite restaurant in the south west..Oh almost forgot.This has to be the cleanest restaurant I have been too including the bathroom.
Excellent burgers & poutine, we tried the Swiss & BBQ fumé & it was delicious. The staff is very nice & polite. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
I ordered 2 for 1 hamburger trio through Ubereats & it was really good. Only thing I don't understand is why they didn't put any ketchup or mayo on the side for the fries.. it should definitely be mandatory. The burger had barely any sauce inside.

Man this place is SO GOOOOOOD! You guys have to try their BLT on the softest possible bread & their burgers with Swiss cheese are insane! & poutine - even the small one is pretty big & delicious. Honestly this is the only place i order from for the last few months.
Based on my experience, the 5 star reviews are no joke. & no I'm not a friend of whoever owns the place - before tonite I didn't even know this place existed, was just looking to pick up a good burger for a picnic along the water. Melano did not disappoint. Burger & poutine were fresh, tasty & not messy like at other places, perfect for a picnic. Highly recommended.
