Super expérience chez Octo ! La serveuse était vraiment douce & gentille, le service était impeccable.
Côté drinks, le Kimchi Caesar était super beau. Pour le plat, j'ai pris le Shoyu Ramen, même si je ne suis pas fan de ramen d'habitude, le bouillon était tellement bon que je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix.

Overall atmosphere & decor is quite unique & elevated
It's giving a fusion jazz club vibe
Drinks are pretty nice, served with chilled glasses , which is a nice touch, was hoping they have a bit more creative on the presentation of the drink, the taste is pretty good tho
We ordered the pork bao, very interesting idea, & the pork is nice portion, mixed with Kim chi, but feel it's missing something, like maybe a sprinkle of seasoning/ sesame
Main dish we ordered tonkotu ramen & Tom yum ramen
Portion is a bit smaller than I expected, but overall presentation is nice
Was hoping there's more sides in the ramen, like different vege, or corn, or mushroom
But only egg & meat & one seaweed
In conclusion, the ideas of both decor & menu are quite creative, but the execution didn't really meet the same expectations

Belle découverte, le Chef cuisinier vient décrire ses plats qui sont tous meilleurs les uns que les autres. La Pieuvre grillée est d'un délice inégalable. Le Canard dans la crêpe de sésames ca se mange à l'infini. Hérisson de Porc - juste Wow & des drinks sur mesure - des vrais artistes!!! Merci & franchement Bravo Mon nouveau Top1
