First time ordering: 2 × 14-inch & 2 × 10-inch sandwiches I fries , & clubs switch came to $160 with delivery.
Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. The Philly sandwiches didn't have sliced steak like I expected-it was more like mashed or minced meat (& I'm being generous). The club had next to no chicken, & the chicken grilled subs was the same mashed up chicken.
Safe to say I won't be ordering again. I should've taken photos.
Nous étions environ 15 pour une fête. Service pitoyable : manque d'attention, aucun sourir, pas du tout bien accueilli & attitude non professionnelle. Être constamment observés & pressés de partir a rendu l'expérience très désagréable. Je ne recommande pas. (Dame blonde)
Called for delivery, took one hour & a half to arrive, food was cold & pasta was leaking out of the bag. Called restaurant to ask for a rebate but they refused. Had to heat up food in the oven. Do not order from l'étoile if you want to receive your food hot
C'est relativement bon, sans être de la grande cuisine. On finit son assiette avec plaisir & le service est sympathique. Mais 12$ pour quatres pauvres bâtonnets de fromage, ou 18$ pour de bêtes ailes de poulet, faut arrêter de déconner. Je sais que les temps sont durs, mais sur ces points, c'est ce qui s'appelle se fiche de la tête du monde, pour rester poli.
La nourriture est excellente, rien à dire là-dessus. Mais la réceptionniste au téléphone est froide & désagréable. On a l'impression de la déranger juste en appelant. Ça m'a coupé l'envie de commander.
Amazing restaurant. My boyfriend & I were traveling from out of town & saw the great reviews for this restaurant. We were able to sit outside & were promptly served. The food portions are very generous & equally delicious. There is an extensive amount of food & drink options. Great experience & would highly recommend this place!

The food was ok & the service was courteous. It was insulting expensive for what we were served.
Like, almost double what I would expect to pay for a pretty basic dish.
I've been going there for a good 40 years about, ever since I was a kid. They have the best pizza in the area &, the BEST poutine (the only thing that would make their poutine better is if they had kept the poutine sauce they were making before the restaurant caught fire a bit over a decade ago) !!!!!!! I'd recommend asking for the homemade fries, makes it reach that yummy level :o) They're quite accommodating as well if you want something out of the box... went there today &, asked for a poutine with Kalamata olives on it & tzatziki. I didn't know if I'd like it but, I've been wanting this for years. They made it or me &, OHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY GODDDDDDDDD BEST POUTINE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next time I'm so going to have to ask them to add souvlaki onto that &, voila best Greek poutine ever !!!!!!!! Never had one of those before but, this surely won't be the last time. I can't explain how good this is their tzatziki is the bomb with the mix of the kalamata olives & the poutine there's a party happening in my mouth :o) The staff is always courteous there & polite, they'll go the extra mile for you. The atmosphere is calm even when it's jam packed of customer good family vibe. I basically saw one of the owners, Kosta, grow up all the while when I was growing up. This is a family established restaurant &, when you're there... they make you feel like family.
Have always seen this place but had never gone. Went for a late lunch with the family. The kids meals are a good portion size & my kids loved the burger & pasta. Fish & chips was pretty good & the pork souvlaki plate was filling. Service was fast & friendly.
