Dear Dagwoods Pincourt Team,

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the owner & the entire staff at Dagwoods Pincourt for the outstanding job you did catering our daughter & her fiancé's engagement party.

From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The presentation of the sandwich platters, salads, sauces, & desserts was beautiful, & everything tasted absolutely delicious. The delivery was also right on time & handled with great care.

If anyone is planning a family gathering, celebration, or special event, we would highly recommend Dagwoods Pincourt. You did a fantastic job, & we will definitely be calling you again for future occasions.

Shay & Arash are absolutely amazing people!! Sandwiches were packed nicely with vegetables by Arash & Shay did this crazy cool meat & cheese flip to toast it well! 10/10 would recommend.

I arrived at 20h30 to order. As soon as I came in all the chairs were up & the employee seemed a bit annoyed to see me. He did not greet me & after an awkward 30 seconds finally asked'can I help you?' At that point I ordered. He prepared the sandwich (dagwood) & when I asked to have it toasted he said'the machine is off.' Then when I asked why he said that'we close in 1 minute'. It was 20h35 & it was clearly shown on the door & website that the store closes at 21h. I finished ordering & noticed that he had his phone on the cutting board. I paid & the employee followed me out to lock the door & close the'open' sign. It was 20h39 at that point. I usually had great service a this location but this was by far the worst one.

au moment d'ecrire ce review, il est 8h30pm. cela fait plusieurs fois que je me presente au restaurant entre 7pm & 8h30pm & que le restaurant est fermé. toujours la même réponse'on a plus de pain'. je ne sais pas qui s'occupe de cet endroit, mais quand notrw activite principale est de vendre des sandwich & qu'il n'y a régulièrement pas de pain.... je crois que je comprend maintenant pourquoi ils disparaissent.

Le four ne fonctionnait pas . Personne ne la mentionné & quand jai demandé je me suis fais repondre quil etait trop tard de toute facon. Mauvais service

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Dagwood in Pincourt. The service was unfriendly from start to finish. The employee who served me was impolite, rude, & had an attitude that made me feel like I was bothering her. It's not the kind of service you'd expect at a restaurant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the customer experience

Arrived at 8pm. They close at 9pm. After we paid for our subs, he tells us all they have are tomatoes & onions. Refused to open a bag of lettuce or anything else. 32$ for our sandwiches with no toppings. Sad to see this dagwoods going downhill.

The owner tried to charge me for extra sauce $.75. I told him I've been a customer there for over 15 years. He proceeded to call me cheap. The food quality since this owner took over has gone down, lettuce is not fresh etc….I do not recommend, subways is much fresher.

The food is good but I'm a huge dagwoods fan & sadly the few times I've gone the bread wasn't fresh & that does make a big impact on the overall dagwoods experience

I have been a dagwoods customer since 1985. The last 3 times the bread has been stale . Great friendly staff.
