The last 3 times I've gone in May/June, cashier & reception for members has been pretty rude This last visit I asked member counter old woman to put my credit offer on & she said you don't have anything today How do you know without even looking at my card Rudely might I add, "Today is Saturday... there's nothing for nobody " Here's my propaganda advertising to entice me to return for $7 that they won't even give FYI every other place gives me $50 or so & lots of gifts & cruises so for the same money to bet the novelty of driving 2 hours has worn off Honestly guys , get it together Read the room , it's mostly seniors that don't even know how to play slots Great machines but your front line staff needs training on hospitality! They don't even respond nicely to daughter of owner or her uncle co owner She asked them to put a promo $10 on my card & he answered her what for (Better than the cashier guy who obviously hates his job ) he put $7 instead

J'ai ́été souper au bar sportif l'octogone. Nous avons reçu nos entrées en même temps que nos plats principaux. On a demandé de laisser une assiette au réchaud.... la serveuse nous a oublié, je me suis levé pour aller chercher l'assiette au réchaud moi même pour voir les membres du personnel caché derrière le mur tous sur leur téléphone. C'est dommage pour la clientèle.

Casino indien, belles machines, bonne rétribution quand même, mais on fini par quand même par perdre de l'argent. Système sans papiers à imprimer, on joue avec la carte obligatoire. Restaurant très bon, un peu chère, mais donne 10$ de crédit jeu pour achat d'un verre de vin ou 20$ pour achat d'une bouteille. Avantage... sans taxes sur la réserve.

Pour ma pars, j'y suis allé l'année passé & les machines ne paient pas ,ceci est vraiment anormal, j'ai essayé plusieurs machines & même résultat, ont voient que les machines sont programmés pour leurs rapporter un maximum de revenus, mais quand le client n'est pas au rendez-vous car les machines ne paient pas l'entreprise perds des revenus....Il faut que le monde donne la vérité sur ses casinos....avant 2020 les machines étaient calibrés autrement & au moins les clients pouvaient gagner, mais maintenant ce n'est plus le cas & j'ai arrêté d'y aller tout comme beaucoup d'autres clients d'ailleurs, dans le fond c'est vous qui êtres les vrais perdants, car juste les frais de roulement sont exorbitants & sans clients bien pas de revenu...vous savez quoi faire pour attirer des clients maintenant...ajuster les machines pour que les clients peuvent gagner c'est pas compliqué....je referai un autre avis ...j'irai faire des tests & je vous tiens au courant.
