Ive been to other avenues where the service was better & the food was tastier. We had seating issues where they moved us around twice. I feel like the service fell short. I felt like the food lacked of love all the food felt rush made. The pancakes were dry & the potatoes needed to be cooked longer. They made few errors on our order & the service was extremely slow for food which felt rushed made.
Stopped in for brunch with family. You get what you pay for & this place is premium all the way. I had the steak & eggs Benny with a Caesar & it was straight money. I'll be back next time I'm around.
A must-visit in Brossard! The food at L'Avenue is absolutely delicious, with a menu that stands out from the usual restaurants. Every dish is creative & packed with flavor, & the portions are extremely generous-you definitely won't leave hungry! The ambiance is great, & the service is friendly & efficient. Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique & satisfying dining experience!
This is the third time I go to this restaurant. It's ALWAYS so hot & stuffy inside. In summer, AC is barely on & in Winter there's too much heat! Always crowded. The plating looks very fancy & appealing, but it's just okay food. The bacon was good, the potatoes are a little mushy, the pancakes are fluffy, the toppings are delicious ~It's a mixed food review. The service is always polite quick & with a smile. Bathrooms are a little stuffy.

Resto branché. Il y a souvent de l'attente mais ça va quand même vite. Le menu est différent & il y'a pas mal de choix (OMG c'est tellement difficile de choisir un repas 🤯). J'ai été déçue du végé paté, en revanche, la saucisse est très bonne. Les serveuses sont super sympathiques & prennent bien le temps d'expliquer le menu quoi quune ne savait pas ce qu'était de la roquette une fois quand j'avais demandé s'il y en avait beaucoup dans un des repas mais elle était tout de même sympathique. Malgré que les prix soient relativement élevés, les portions sont très généreuse.
Je vous recommande ce resto si vous voulez une ambiance différente avec une carte qui sort de l'ordinaire, sans oublier la musique qui sort tout droit de mon adolescence haha (musique des années 2000 je dirais)! J'adore !

Its a fun place to go to breakfast...but some the plates are too expensive for what they are...if you want your moneys worth...order one of the omelets
I didn't expect that a brunch would cost at least $35 per person, & in such a high-cost place you have to pour your own water. The food was delicious, but it felt greasy halfway through the meal.
L'Avenue is one of my favorite spots for brunch, & I had the chance to try their new branch in Brossard with two friends. We went just before the end of 2024, so there was a long queue at the door. We waited a little over 30 minutes to be seated, but it was worth it!
The menu is extensive, offering something for every palate. I ordered a smoothie with dragon fruit, though I didn't taste it much; still, it was decent. I also tried the delicious dates' pancakes, which were very satisfying. My friend ordered the Dubai chocolate toast, & I must say, it's a must-try!
Everyone left happy with their choices, & we enjoyed every bite. Our waiter was attentive & responsive, & the overall atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend visiting this branch, whether you live nearby or a bit further away; it's definitely worth the trip!
