En regardant leur menu, j'avais une bonne impression du restaurant & j'avais hâte de venir l'essayer. Par contre, mon arrivée ne s'est pas passée comme je l'aurais souhaité.
Nous étions un groupe de 6 & nous avons attendu en file une bonne heure, un vendredi matin à 9h45. Lorsqu'une table nous a été assignée, nous avons marché jusqu'à celle-ci, chaque pas était collant au sol, peu importe où dans la salle à manger.
J'ai commandé un latté à la pistache ainsi que le pain doré façon Dubaï. Tout était bon. Les oeufs bénédictines bien cuits, les patates savoureuses & le pain doré sucré & décadent. Je les recommande pour une envie sucrée!
Le service était bien mais rien d'exceptionnel. La décoration originale & urbaine offre une belle ambiance. Par contre, il est très difficile de s'entendre parler quand le restaurant est plein.
Je recommande cette place pour la nourriture, mais pour profiter d'une meilleure ambiance selon moi, il est mieux de venir tôt à ce restaurant. Peut-être offrir un service de réservation pourrait faire limiter les attentes interminables?
Tried L'Avenue for brunch & honestly, such a fun spot. The vibe is super unique, busy, colorful, a bit chaotic but in a good way.
We got The Indecisive (with lemon & blueberry pancakes) & Bobby Discovers Istanbul. Both were really good, but the blueberry pancakes were the star; so light & not too sweet at all.
The pistachio latte was also nice, but nothing special.

$100 brunch for two! Two lattes, one sangria, two complete breakfasts. I recommend the'Bobby takes Instanbul' & the'Bobby takes Dallas.' Also, amazing service & delicious food! The restaurant was spacious & uniquely decorated. We'd definitely return to explore the menu further.

La nourriture est très bonne & en bonne
quantité, le seul reproche que je ferai est que, pour les oeufs bénédictines, la protéine (viande, jambon etc.) est en quantité un peu légère.. C'est la seule raison qui m'a empêché de mettre 5 étoiles.
Le service est impeccable, & la décoration très sympa aussi (années 80-90)... Le monde qui fait la file d'attente prouve que c'est une bonne adresse, & j'y retournerai certainement.
Une attente interminable, & service médiocre pour le prix qu'ils chargent c'est inacceptable. Embaucher plus de monde serait important. Aussi eu beaucoup de misère à avoir un bon esspresso, on m'a amené du café filtre à la place, dans une petite tasse le faisant passer pour un esspresso... j'ai vite demandé qu'on l'annule. Bref, la nourriture est bonne mais le service laisse à Désirée pour le prix
A brunch place with a refreshingly different menu & a vibrant athmosphere, if a bit noisy. All the food we ordered was great - from the basic Eggs Benedictine (pictured) to the Istanbul (very tasty & quite authentic - eggs just as my grandma made them in the Balkans). If you fancy a sweet drink in lieu of dessert, the speacialty coffee is tatsy & beautifully presented, especially the pistachio latte.

C'est sur que si tu y va la fds, après 9h tu attend un bout. & tout les fois que j'y suis aller, tu attends longtemps pour la nourriture. Il faut regarder le menu avant d'y aller car c'est très spécial comme mélange de goût & leurs plats.
Par contre, c'est mon restaurant de choix pour les brunchs. Tellllllllement bon. Le vibe est vraiment bien. Très unique pour un restaurant. Je le recommande.
First time. Loved it! Very decent prices compared to similar places. Huge portions, we couldn't finish our plates. & those Mocha & Latte bowls ☕? were so good. Best part was the attentive & quick friendly service. Will come back to try the other options 🤤
Notre serveuse a été hyper gentille tout au long de notre brunch 5/5. Par contre, nous sommes arrivés (groupe de 8 personnes) & on avait appelé au paravant pour réserver & il nous avait dit non. Cependant, un groupe de 8 est arrivé & ont été directement servie & placé, alors que ça faisait 25 minutes qu'on attendaient dans l'entré. Décevant :( Par contre vraiment une superbe serveuse!!
I was curious to see what they did with the Old Pizza Hut restaurant & they did a wonderful job,.it is now a fun & open space with lots of sport mementos.
The service was friendly & attentive. The menu is available by downloading on your smart phone, my companion almost walked out since he did not have his phone but mine was available & so were able to select the Ruben Benedictine & the Indecisive with very berry for our meal.
The food was not bad & definitely there was plenty of it. Is quantity more important than quality? Sadly our food was cold & the very berry offered as a treat a double stack of pancakes which was spread with green cream that must have been pistachios but looked like slime which was covered with sliced strawberries & blueberries. I'm sure it was edible but the look was unappealing. They offered pure maple sirop with it which is a big plus.
This is an interesting restaurant but we would recommend it for people under 30 who enjoy science fiction because the experience was out of this world.
Nous sommes venus à 6 un dimanche vers 10h45. On a pas attendu très longtemps. Je pense max 30 minutes. Toute la carte donne envie & & on a tous adoré nos choix. C'est clair qu'on va revenir pour tester d'autres plats de la carte. C'est sympa d'avoir ce restaurant sur la rive sud & de ne pas avoir à attendre 1h comme à Montréal !
Vaste choix au menu. Beaucoup de choix de repas & boissons. Les portions sont généreuses & délicieuses. Par contre très bruyant comme ambiance. Idéal pour groupe d'amis & famille. L'attente était très longue avant de se faire assigner une table. Mais l'attente en vaut la peine. Si tu as très faim & tu veux manger vite fait, choisi un autre resto mais si tu es patient, je recommande.
Très bel endroit à Brossard pour un brunch original. Les portions sont très généreuses & les plats très bon. Le service est rapide & l'ambiance est cool. Nous y sommes allé avec une poussette & il n'y a pas eu de problème.
Le latte aux pistaches est super bon. Les pancake & les plats aussi.
Bien meilleur que celui de Montréal où j'avais été un peu déçu. Je recommande l'avenue Brossard à 100% !!

Très bon service à la clientèle rien à redire à ce niveau là.
Toutefois je trouve les prix trop cher pour ce qu'on nous sert.
J'avais pris les bénédictines au saumon fumé. Le bagel n'avait pas été cuit, l'assiette semblait vide. C'était pas mauvais mais à ce prix je m'attendais à plus.
Mon conjoint toast à l'avocat bien belle mais à 23$ pour une seule toast & une mini salade ça n'était pas à la hauteur.
Je trouve qu'il y a de meilleures options pour un brunch ailleurs.
Toutefois je tiens encore à dire que le service était impeccable.
I recently checked out the new L'Avenue in Brossard & was really impressed. It had been a while since I'd been to one of their locations, & this one feels new, lively & very well run. It does seem like they've rebranded a bit, with some nice updates to their image & menu. Even though it was busy on a late Sunday morning, the service was great & everything moved smoothly. The staff were very friendly & helpful, which made the experience even better.
We tried a few dishes & everything hit the spot.
Bobby Discovers Istanbul was unique & full of flavour. The chicken patties with poached eggs, feta, spicy cucumber salad & za'atar yogurt all came together beautifully.
Huevos Rancheros was another winner with scrambled eggs, black beans, guacamole & salsa wrapped in tortillas.
For something sweet, we shared the banana, strawberry, blueberry & nocciolata waffles. They were rich & satisfying, with a nice mix of fruit, chocolate hazelnut ganache & vanilla cream.
& the pistachio latte was honestly one of the highlights. Creamy, smooth & something a little different from your usual coffee options.
The portions were generous, the prices were fair & the vibe was great. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area & looking for a solid brunch spot.
L'Avenue Brossard est un vrai coup de coeur ! L'ambiance est chaleureuse, moderne & conviviale parfaite pour un brunch entre amis. Le menu est varié & bien pensé, avec des options originales qui sortent de l'ordinaire. Les assiettes sont généreuses, bien présentées & franchement délicieuses.
Le service est également excellent : accueillant, attentionné sans être envahissant. Mention spéciale pour les cocktails maison, qui valent vraiment le détour !
