The word I would use is: inspired. It's doing what most breakfast restaurants do but better & with a lot of creativity. The portions are very generous & the price is extremely reasonable for the service & the food you get. Alexandre did an excellent job serving us.

Toujours bon! La meilleure place à déjeuner sur la rive aude - des menus élaborés, des ingrédients de qualité & un excellent service.

Le week-end, la majorité des gens sont respectueux & quittent après avoir mangé directement. Ce qui est apprécié.
