The restaurant is very good not big so be sure to arrive earlier or a little after the rush. The problem will be the parking, people parking like they own the spot. I do think the parking line should be repainted

Very unique atmosphere, the waiters have a particular dress code. Look out for the motorcycle displayed in the air. Food is good, nothing out of the ordinary but still a pleasant experience

60$ for 2 people before tip, it better be perfect! The first time we went we waited 30 minutes to get a table & the food was very good. For our second visit I ordered the same blueberry pancakes I had very much enjoyed BUT they weren't the same this time. The pancake toppings were half as much as the first time, ended up very bland & unimpressive, I won't be going back.

A fantastic spot for brunch! The food & service were amazing. We arrived at 10 AM on a Sunday morning & found a small crowd already waiting. By the time we finished, there was a huge line outside, so be sure to come early. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in Montreal.

It's quite a unique exterior decoration. There are plenty of selections in the menu including lunch & surprisingly wine as well. Food is expensive & you don't want to have $30+breakfast every day,at least not for me.

Le restaurant L'Avenue est sans conteste l'un des meilleurs endroits pour déjeuner que j'ai pu essayer. Notre expérience a été grandement améliorée par la présence de Daphné, notre serveuse exceptionnelle. Nous avons eu la chance de la rencontrer dans deux autres restaurants auparavant & avons décidé de la suivre ici à L'Avenue. Daphné est gentille, professionnelle & sait parfaitement nous proposer différents choix dans le menu. Elle s'assurait constamment que nous étions satisfaits & que nous ne manquions de rien. Son attention & son service impeccable ont rendu notre repas encore plus agréable. En ce qui concerne la cuisine, L'Avenue se situe à un tout autre niveau culinaire. Chaque plat était délicieux & parfaitement préparé. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous les amateurs de bons petits déjeuners. Nous y retournerons certainement !
