Première fois mais pas la dernière. J'ai mangé la salade de tataki de thon & c'était absolument délicieux. Bonne portion & saveurs au rendez-vous. Le personnel très courtois & serviable. Le seul bémol, la musique était un peu forte.
Je suis moi même proprietaire un restaurant & je peux vous dires que la nourriture & surtout le service de la belle & souriante ashley ! Je recommande fortement !

La nourriture est correcte, les oeufs, le jambon & le bacon est bon, les crêpes & pains dorés, très bons. Par contre, les patates sont assaisonnées & goûtent l'ail.. C'est pas mon goût, j'ai pas aimé. La saucisse, c'est pas une saucisse déjeuné, mais une saucisse qu'on fait sur le bbq, mais était très bonne. En plus, ça m'a coûté en tout 40$ pour seulement une assiette (Pour une personne!) c'est absolument trop cher! Je ne reviendrai plus, j'ai été déçu.
I'm from Texas & the food here was pretty damn good. Got the Bobby goes Dallas plate & was surprised on the idea to add bbq sauce. We don't usually go that route but, damn it was good. Definitely recommend this place & don't forget the I guess it's seasonal but, the pumpkin spiced latte was heaven.

Très belle découverte sur la rive-sud... Belle salle bien éclairé, bonne ambiance & excellent service. Probablement les meilleurs patates à déjeuner de la région. Des vrais patates rissolées, pas des patates congelées cuite dans la friteuse. Bravo à toute l'équipe, vous avez gagné un véritable amateur de déjeuner resto.
Absolutely gorgeous yet funky restaurant, inside & out. I still can't believe how that building used to be an old Pizza Hut! The carrot cake pancakes were decadent without being too sweet or heavy, either. Definitely worth a visit!

Food is good & it is quite different than many brunch restaurants. Not another copy & paste brunch restaurant at all. The service is excellent, they are all busy, but always respond to your request very fast. The price is decent. Decor is really unique & trendy.
We visited this new local find just before our departure for Hawaii. It was an awesome experience. Highly recommend. The California Omelette will keep us California Dreamin' for some time to come ;-)... The staff were very friendly, courteous, ... Our waitress Raphaelle was so nice & polite; very inviting! We got to relive the West Coast culture chez nous!
Hands down the best breakfast experience I have ever had!! Our server was Sebastian, & from the moment we walked in he made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant (even though the place was packed). The level of customer service that we received was unparalleled & the food was so fresh & delicious! We had the Belle Mushroom Toast, The Gym Bro, & the Carrot Cake pancakes, & every dish was beautifully presented & tasted amazing!! We've been to other L'Avenue restaurants many times, but this place definitely takes the cake! Thank you so much Sebastian for the exceptional service & we will definitely be back, & will be recommending to everyone we know!!!! 🙌🏼😁
Sebastien was our server & did an amazing job. I just finished breakfast & I'm already thinking about the next time I'm coming here to try some of his other suggestions.
Perfect spot for a nice, filling weekend breakfast in Brossard. 1- produce is fresh & good quality which is missing in a lot of breakfast chains 2- both classics & interesting plates are there & both are well-made with attention to detail 3- service here is amazing, even though it a busy place you get kind & fast interaction with the staff! 4- the tables & chairs are comfy makes you wanna have one last coffee. Overall looks like we switching our regular brunch spot to this one ❤️
