La nourriture est excellente, mais l'affichage des prix est plutôt malhonnête. Nous sommes venus un mardi pour profiter du rabais 3$/taco & c'est seulement au moment de payer que la serveuse nous informe que nous avions voulu profiter du rabais il fallait le dire au moment de la commande. Ce sont pourtant les mêmes tacos…
Très bon & beau restaurant mexicain ! Ayant la maladie coeliaque, j'apprécie qu'il y ait plusieurs options sans gluten & qu'elles soient identifiées dans le menu. Les enchiladas sont excellents, les cocktails aussi. J'apprécie qu'il y ait un happy hour aussi, parfait pour les 5@7 après le travail.
This place is amazing, cozy atmosphere, tasty food, great service. They have a regular resto place on the first level, & a place for events. On the upper level. Keep it up!!!

Sympa comme petit resto de quartier mexicain. Bon drinks (Mezcalita bien corsée & sangria fraîche & rafraîchissante), plats bien apprêtés & service souriant & amical. Recommande !

Essayez les tacos de poisson!!! Ils sont très savoureuses & légèrement épicées. Un vrai régal! Cocktails sont exquis, même ceux sans alcool. Ambiance est très chaleureuse & mexicaine. Musique latina volume parfait. Personal aimable qui parle espagnol & qui nous fait rire. La nourriture est aussi très rapide. Un endroit parfait pour un groupe! J'y suis aller hier pour la première fois avec ma copine & nous avons adoré! Service très aimable & amicale, la nourriture était délicieuse & vrai en ce qui concerne son origine mexicaine! J'y retourne bientôt pour sûr!

This place has a gorgeous terrace & was able to seat us immediately for dinner on a Friday. I had the mango mezcal margarita which was absolutely delicious! The vegetarian al pastor was super flavorful, & I was so happy to see a vegetarian take on this dish with marinated mushrooms instead of pork. We also got the tres leches which was probably my least favorite. It was a bit dense, & not as sweet as I expected compared to other versions of this dessert. After the quick service we got for our drinks & tacos, I regretted ordering it since it took around 30 minutes to come out. Overall definitely recommend this place for authentic, flavorful mexican food or a delicious cocktail.
We are so happy (& lucky) to have La Gaviota right down the street from our house. Their delicious, authentic Mexican food is the best in Montreal, & their cocktails are great too! We have tried their beef tacos, enchiladas suiza, chicken quesadilla, & guacamole - all were excellent!
