"They have improved a lot since my visit last year. Still there's a long way to go, but they deserve we give them the opportunity. CVD time had not been easy to anybody, specially for restaurants and I do wish them to recover their clientele and their quality. It was clear for me that they are working hard towards that goal. Let's encourage them."
