Hà plongent leurs invités dans le concept traditionnel vietnamien des BIA HOI, ces petits restaurants de coins de rue où l'on mange et partage une cuisine simple et savoureuse dans une ambiance conviviale.
Globalement, les avis convergent vers une expérience très positive chez Hà, avec un service attentif et chaleureux et une ambiance à la fois cosy et festive. La carte propose des plats savoureux et inventifs comme les brocolis frits, le Mahi Mahi crudo, le pad thaï et le pho, accompagnés de cocktails et de desserts appréciés. Les portions sont généralement généreuses et les plats présentés avec soin, bien que certains commentaires évoquent des quantités plus modestes et des prix relativement élevés pour le secteur. Des menus spéciaux, notamment un menu Saint-Valentin, ont été salués pour leur qualité et l'attention portée aux détails. Le cadre et l'ambiance oscillent entre une atmosphère tamisée et festive et une énergie plus électrique lors des soirées, avec un bar du sous-sol qui ajoute une touche originale, toutefois le bruit peut gêner les conversations lorsque le lieu est plein. I want to rate the overall experience as a five star rating because the food from the chef & drinks from the bartender is off the chart delicious but the hostess was not giving us good vibes. Maybe she was having a bad day but it rubbed us the wrong way. Our waitress seemed to be carrying too many tables so she wasn't able to give us the attention because her time was limited.

J'arrive à 5:30pm. On me dit qu'il va falloir que je termine mon souper à 7pm
Je commande un drink avec ma conjointe ainsi que mes plats
L'entrée arrive très très rapidement, suivit des plats.. & ensuite le drink... comme si on voulait se débarasser de nous
À 5:45pm il n'y a personne. Pourtant, on squeeze une autre table pour une table de 2 & un setup de 3 tables de 2 est maintanant un setup de 2 tables de 2 & une table de 3. Après le réarangement, on assie un couple à 2 pieds de nous...alors que le resto est encore vide
-la serveuse n'est jamais venu nous voir, nous demander si quelque chose manquait
-parce qu'on s'est fait servir tout très rapidement... eh bien il est certain que nous étions sortis à 6:20pm...
- comme la serveuse ne venait pas nous voir, je lui ai fait signe que je voulais payer l'addition
- elle me donne la machine pour payer: pourboire de 18%, 20%, 25%....euh plus de 15% j'ai mis 15% & je suis parti
We ordered salmon tartare but got a different cooked salmon dish instead. It was still delicious so we were ok with it. Then my drink did not come for over an hour & the waitress also did not come check on us during that time. We wanted to order another dish but after an hour we gave up. The same electronic song played on repeat for 2 hours. If we had a different waitress I'm sure it would've been a better experience.
Food was great, service was *very slow* & unorganized. We had to ask 2 different people over the course of an hour or so to order our drinks, let alone the food after. It seems the staff (except the bartender) was very stressed & maybe not trained. The server we had also switched up all of our food (including giving me pork, which I can't eat).
Bad food & terrible racist service. Went here with my partner & her dad (an old Asian man). He ordered the pho & thought it was too cold & super salty. We also tasted it & thought it was waaaay too salty. It had to be a mistake. We told our server & she apologized & offered to bring something else. My partner's dad really wanted noodle soup so he just asked for some hot water to make it less salty. The server brought the water but rushed us through the rest of the meal way before the 2 hours of our reservation were up. As my partner's dad was paying she (a white woman) looked at the payment screen & started lecturing him about how it was "actually" rude to not tip her more for the meal. I could not believe she (a member of an all white staff at an Asian food restaurant) would lecture an Asian man about his manners & how he "owed her more." He repeated that he didn't like his meal at all. She had not comped the bad soup or given us a free dessert or drink or anything. She also rushed us & didn't seem to want to make up for the bad experience in any meaningful way. The racist audacity to police the behavior of Asian customers in this Asian restaurant was astounding. She then started in a second time with her speech about how she wasn't tipped enough & it was "rude behavior." That's when I told her she need to stop talking & attempted to point out the racial dynamics of what she was doing. Did she not think an old Asian man knows how his pho should taste?! Did she want to teach him a "lesson" because she thought he was a "foreigner?!" This tirade was racist & entitled from the beginning. Shame on this restaurant for hiring all-white servers that act like this. You are actively pushing out Asian customers from your Asian restaurant. Congrats on gentrifying Vietnamese food so much that your entrees are $23, taste bad, & your white servers insult the Asian customers. This man was just trying to help you make your pho edible. Totally disgusted with this establishment. Don't give them your business. Go get better Vietnamese in Cote-des-Neiges.

J'aime beaucoup la nourriture du Ha & les employés sont toujours trop gentils. Toutefois, le service était très lent hier... nous avons eu nos plats avant nos drinks qui sont arrivés 40 minutes plus tard. Je donne quand même 5 étoiles parce que je sais que ce n'est pas comme ça d'habitude & que c'est difficile d'avoir une équipe complète en pandémie. Merci pour la soirée!
The personal was really nice, we have arrived earlier than the hour of our reservation & there was no problem at all, the music wasn't too loud, the food & drinks were excellent & the service was impeccable. I'll come back at this place for sure.
