pork(3)If I dreamed of myself eating here once again, it would be such a nightmare.
We've been eating at this restaurant for over ten years, & it has always been very good. It's a small family-style restaurant with simple but tasty dishes. However, ever since the ownership changed, the food has become saltier & spicier. Today we ordered the cherry pork-a dish we've been eating for more than ten years, & it's supposed to be sweet & sour. But today it was so spicy that even I, someone who's used to Sichuan food, found it unbearably hot! Why would cherry pork be this spicy? There's only one explanation: the chef didn't wash the pan. If they can't even clean a pan properly, it's hard to imagine the hygiene conditions in the kitchen.
Authentic cuisine of Northeastern China. Long menu of proteins & vegetables to meet different taste needs. Affordable price & very friendly service. Cozy & clean. Highly recommended.
Great host, pleasant atmosphere & delicious food! Tried a variety of options & everything was yummy!
I found out about this restaurant randomly & I wasn't disappointed at all. The staff was extremely welcoming & nice. The food was amazing as well & affordable ! Definitly will be going back again !
Awesome traditional Harbin cuisine.
Very flavourful. I recommend the braised pork belly dishes & also the Yu Xiang eggplant.
Owner was very adorable & nice.
The restaurant has recently changed owners, but surprisingly, the quality, quantity & service of the dishes have remained the same, very authentic Northeastern flavor. The staff are also very warm & thoughtful.
The food is so good! Clams, cumin pork, green beans with chili & pork, an Eggplant dish I dont know how to pronounce. The waitress... Love her!!
